基于認(rèn)知思維的產(chǎn)品意象造型智能設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:產(chǎn)品造型形態(tài)是表達(dá)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)思想與實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品功能的語言和媒介,能夠傳達(dá)精神、文化等層面的意義與象征性。它是產(chǎn)品自身功能、結(jié)構(gòu)、材料以及工藝技術(shù)等客觀因素與設(shè)計(jì)師和用戶在審美、價(jià)值判斷等主觀因素相互作用的綜合結(jié)果。基于此,本研究針對產(chǎn)品意象造型智能設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)問題,依據(jù)用戶與設(shè)計(jì)師的認(rèn)知思維規(guī)律,尋求進(jìn)一步提升產(chǎn)品意象造型智能設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)性能的方法以及設(shè)計(jì)思維品質(zhì)評價(jià)的方法。本研究的主要研究內(nèi)容與獲得的結(jié)論如下。 (1)提出應(yīng)用數(shù)量化理論建立符合人的視知覺選擇分辨性和簡約調(diào)節(jié)性的產(chǎn)品意象造型設(shè)計(jì)要素辨識模型。應(yīng)用該模型在感性工學(xué)系統(tǒng)的理論架構(gòu)內(nèi)對產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)要素進(jìn)行分解,以造型設(shè)計(jì)要素為自變量、用戶情感需求為因變量,探討用戶的感性意象與產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)要素的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,并據(jù)此辨識產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)要素針對各感性意象的個(gè)性要素和平臺要素。建立計(jì)算機(jī)輔助產(chǎn)品意象造型設(shè)計(jì)要素分析系統(tǒng),將該系統(tǒng)所分析的產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)要素?cái)?shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用于實(shí)際項(xiàng)目,取得了較好的效果。 (2)依據(jù)人的視知覺整體組織性、恒常記憶性、選擇分辨性和簡約調(diào)節(jié)性構(gòu)建神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),提出了改良型四層BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò);诟牧夹退膶覤P神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立以產(chǎn)品形態(tài)要素為輸入、用戶情感意象需求為輸出、用戶情感需求調(diào)查結(jié)果為訓(xùn)練樣本的產(chǎn)品意象智能評價(jià)系統(tǒng)。與基于常規(guī)三層BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的產(chǎn)品意象智能評價(jià)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行對比研究,結(jié)果表明基于改良型四層BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的產(chǎn)品意象智能評價(jià)系統(tǒng)具有較高的預(yù)測精度。 (3)通過分析設(shè)計(jì)師的設(shè)計(jì)思維流程及其設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)程、設(shè)計(jì)思維模式與設(shè)計(jì)策略所構(gòu)成的關(guān)系單元,提出了基于廣義交互式遺傳算法的設(shè)計(jì)師設(shè)計(jì)思維模型。應(yīng)用基于精英保留策略的非劣分類遺傳算法建立人機(jī)交互式產(chǎn)品多意象造型智能設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)(IIDSPMIF)模擬產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過程中的多意象目標(biāo)優(yōu)化。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,IIDSPMIF系統(tǒng)總體上符合設(shè)計(jì)師的設(shè)計(jì)流程,能夠模擬設(shè)計(jì)師的設(shè)計(jì)策略和設(shè)計(jì)思維模式。 (4)提出設(shè)計(jì)思維品質(zhì)評價(jià)方法,該方法應(yīng)用思維數(shù)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論將產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過程轉(zhuǎn)換為設(shè)計(jì)師的思維網(wǎng)絡(luò),采用系統(tǒng)套、思維坐標(biāo)系等理論量化思維環(huán)節(jié),求解設(shè)計(jì)思維品質(zhì)函數(shù)。應(yīng)用該方法分析了設(shè)計(jì)師之間的思維品質(zhì)差異以驗(yàn)證其可行性。最后,應(yīng)用該方法對比分析了廣義設(shè)計(jì)師C-IIDSPMIF與設(shè)計(jì)師C的思維品質(zhì),結(jié)果表明IIDSPMIF系統(tǒng)有效提升了廣義設(shè)計(jì)師的思維獨(dú)創(chuàng)度、統(tǒng)攝度、流暢度等方面的思維品質(zhì)。 本研究所取得的研究成果為指導(dǎo)企業(yè)開展新產(chǎn)品的意象造型設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了有益的探索與嘗試。另外,設(shè)計(jì)思維品質(zhì)評價(jià)方法的建立為研究設(shè)計(jì)認(rèn)知思維提供了新的實(shí)踐與理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Product modeling form is the language and medium to express product design idea and realize product function. It can convey the meaning and symbolism of spirit and culture. It is the function and structure of the product itself. The synthetic results of the interaction between the objective factors such as materials and process technology and the subjective factors such as aesthetics and value judgment of designers and users. Based on this, this study aims at the problems related to the intelligent design of product image modeling. According to the cognitive thinking law of users and designers, this paper seeks to further improve the performance of product image modeling intelligent design system and the evaluation method of design thinking quality. The main contents and conclusions of this study are as follows. 1) applying the quantitative theory to establish the identification model of product image modeling elements which accords with human visual perception choice resolution and minimalism adjustment. The model is applied to product modeling in the theoretical framework of perceptual engineering system. Factoring the elements, This paper discusses the corresponding relationship between the perceptual image of the user and the design elements of the product modeling, taking the styling design element as the independent variable and the user's emotional demand as the dependent variable. According to the identification of product modeling design elements, aiming at the individual elements and platform elements of each perceptual image, a computer aided product image modeling design element analysis system is established. The data of product modeling design elements analyzed by this system are applied to practical projects, and good results are obtained. (2) according to the overall organization of human visual perception, constant memory, selective resolution and minimalist adjustment, a modified four-layer BP neural network is proposed, which is based on the improved four-layer BP neural network. The product image intelligent evaluation system based on user's emotional image demand is output, and the result of user's emotional demand investigation is the product image intelligent evaluation system based on training sample, which is compared with the product image intelligent evaluation system based on conventional three-layer BP neural network. The results show that the product image intelligent evaluation system based on improved four-layer BP neural network has high prediction accuracy. 3) by analyzing the design thought flow and the design process of the designer, the relationship unit between the design thinking mode and the design strategy, This paper presents a designer's design thinking model based on generalized interactive genetic algorithm (GIGA), and applies the non-inferior classification genetic algorithm based on elite reservation strategy to establish the simulation product setup of human-computer interactive multi-image modeling intelligent design system (IIDSPMIF). The experimental results show that the IIDSPMIF system generally accords with the designer's design process. Can simulate the designer's design strategy and design thinking mode. (4) the evaluation method of design thinking quality is put forward, in which the product design process is transformed into the designer's thinking network by using the relevant theory of thinking mathematics, and the system set, thinking coordinate system and other theoretical quantification thinking links are adopted. The difference of thinking quality among designers is analyzed by using this method to verify its feasibility. Finally, the thinking quality of generalized designer C-IIDSPMIF and designer C is compared with that of designer C. The results show that the IIDSPMIF system can effectively improve the thinking quality of the generalized designers in terms of originality, dominance, fluency and so on. The research results obtained in this study have made a beneficial exploration and attempt to guide enterprises to carry out image modeling design of new products. The establishment of design thinking quality evaluation method provides a new practical and theoretical basis for the study of design cognitive thinking.
