【摘要】:真空鍍膜機(jī)是典型的真空應(yīng)用裝置,是機(jī)電儀結(jié)合的杰出代表。當(dāng)今的真空鍍膜裝置都配備了良好的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)。隨著真空裝置對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)采集的速度和精度的要求越來(lái)越高,為之配備性能優(yōu)良的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)也提上了議事日程。研究和開(kāi)發(fā)高速度、高精度數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)對(duì)于真空裝置安全生產(chǎn)、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行、提高效率、降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度等,都具有積極的意義。 本文介紹了鍍膜機(jī)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)展趨勢(shì),結(jié)合鍍膜工藝流程,討論了鍍膜機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的基本框架;介紹了虛擬儀器數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)及LabVIEW的相關(guān)概念、組成結(jié)構(gòu)、性能特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展趨勢(shì);分析了LabVIEW數(shù)據(jù)采集技術(shù)在鍍膜機(jī)系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用;設(shè)計(jì)了鍍膜機(jī)運(yùn)行中溫度、真空度和流量的信號(hào)獲取和變送電路;選用MP420數(shù)據(jù)采集卡作為被采集量與個(gè)人計(jì)算機(jī)的接口,構(gòu)成了一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了10通道數(shù)據(jù)采集;設(shè)計(jì)了基于LabVIEW的鍍膜機(jī)運(yùn)行過(guò)程數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測(cè)程序,它包括:溫度、真空度與流量的監(jiān)測(cè)主模塊,系統(tǒng)面板參數(shù)設(shè)定、控制按鈕、結(jié)果顯示等輔助模塊。該程序具有多路采集、實(shí)時(shí)顯示、存儲(chǔ)管理等功能,,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)鍍膜機(jī)運(yùn)行過(guò)程的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),其采樣速率可調(diào),歷史數(shù)據(jù)可查詢(xún)。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的虛擬儀器系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)通過(guò)模擬運(yùn)行。由于虛擬儀器的模塊化、開(kāi)放性、靈活性的特點(diǎn)以及關(guān)鍵在軟件,所以其修改、更新或重置都是非常方便的,無(wú)需從頭做起。
[Abstract]:The vacuum coating machine is a typical vacuum application device and an outstanding representative of the combination of machine and electricity. Nowadays, the vacuum coating device is equipped with a good automatic control system. The research and development of high speed and high precision data acquisition system for vacuum device safety production, stable operation, improve efficiency, reduce labor intensity, etc. Are of positive significance. This paper introduces the general structure and development trend of the coating machine, discusses the basic frame of the data acquisition system of the coating machine combined with the coating process, and introduces the related concepts and structure of the virtual instrument data acquisition system and LabVIEW. The application of LabVIEW data acquisition technology in the coating machine system is analyzed, and the signal acquisition and transmission circuit of temperature, vacuum and flow rate in the operation of the coating machine is designed. The MP420 data acquisition card is selected as the interface between the collected data and the personal computer, and a data acquisition system is constructed, which realizes the data acquisition of 10 channels, and designs the monitoring program of the data acquisition system of the film plating machine running process based on LabVIEW. It includes: temperature, vacuum and flow monitoring main module, system panel parameter setting, control button, result display and other auxiliary modules. The program has the functions of multi-channel acquisition, real-time display, storage management, etc. Thus the real-time monitoring of the operation process of the coating machine is realized. The sampling rate is adjustable and the historical data can be queried. The virtual instrument system designed in this paper has been running through simulation. Because of its modularization, openness, flexibility and the key to software, it is very convenient to modify, update or reset the virtual instrument without having to start from scratch.
