基于改進(jìn)像素聚類算法的輸電線路冰區(qū)識(shí)別方法

【摘要】:為了提高輸電線路的防災(zāi)減災(zāi)能力,特別是防治冰雪災(zāi)害的能力,需要進(jìn)行輸電線路冰區(qū)自動(dòng)識(shí)別方法和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),提出基于改進(jìn)像素聚類算法的輸電線路冰區(qū)識(shí)別方法。對(duì)氣象衛(wèi)星遙感監(jiān)測(cè)采集的輸電線路覆蓋區(qū)域的遙感圖像進(jìn)行圖像處理,提取圖像中的冰覆蓋像素特征點(diǎn),結(jié)合邊緣輪廓檢測(cè)方法進(jìn)行輸電線路覆蓋區(qū)域的冰區(qū)邊緣輪廓檢測(cè),對(duì)冰區(qū)覆蓋區(qū)域的像素特征進(jìn)行模糊C均值聚類處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域分割識(shí)別。仿真結(jié)果表明,采用該方法進(jìn)行輸電線路冰區(qū)識(shí)別的準(zhǔn)確率較高,視覺(jué)直觀效果較好,便于指導(dǎo)施工搶修人員進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)排除和巡線檢修。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the ability of disaster prevention and mitigation of transmission lines, especially the ability of preventing and controlling ice and snow disasters, it is necessary to carry out automatic identification methods and system design for ice areas of transmission lines. An improved pixel clustering algorithm is proposed to identify the ice area of transmission lines. The remote sensing images of transmission lines covered by meteorological satellite are processed and the ice-covered pixel feature points are extracted from the images. Combined with the edge contour detection method, the edge contour of the ice area covered by the transmission line is detected, the pixel feature of the covered area is processed by fuzzy C-means clustering, and the region segmentation and recognition is realized. The simulation results show that, Using this method, the accuracy of ice area identification of transmission lines is high, the visual effect is good, and it is convenient to guide the construction rush repair personnel to carry out the spot elimination and the inspection and repair of the lines.
