凹槽內兩臺空調室外機相對安裝位置對周圍熱環(huán)境的影響

【摘要】:本文以焓差實驗室為平臺,以住宅建筑凹槽內的兩臺某型號分體式空調室外機的安裝條件為研究對象,研究三種室外機安裝條件對周圍熱環(huán)境、空調器EER和凹槽面積的影響。凹槽內室外機的三種安裝條件分別為同一平面相互垂直安裝(兩室外機在同一高度,室外機長度延長線互相垂直相交)、同一平面左右水平安裝(兩室外機在同一高度,室外機長度延長線共線)及沿外墻上下垂直安裝(不同高度,室外機高度延長線共線)。實驗結果表明:該型號兩臺室外機同一平面垂直安裝時,建議水平間距(平行于外墻)d_1≥650 mm,小于此間距時,距百葉較遠的室外機運行環(huán)境惡劣,回風溫度高于正常運行溫度45℃;垂直間距(垂直于外墻)d_2選擇300 mm左右,繼續(xù)增大則回風溫度上升;當凹槽內兩臺室外機間不具備水平安裝條件,但滿足水平、垂直間距大于650 mm×300 mm空間要求時,建議采用平面垂直安裝方式。水平安裝時,回風效果較好,但考慮凹槽占用面積大,且水平間距d_170 mm后,回風溫度和EER都趨于平穩(wěn),故最佳間距為70 mm。上下垂直安裝時,凹槽占地面積小于水平安裝方式和平面垂直安裝方式,回風效果明顯優(yōu)于平面垂直安裝方式,最低回風溫度甚至低于水平安裝方式,最佳間距為150 mm。
