【摘要】：針對加速輪支架零件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,通過確定合理的定位基準及增加工藝凸臺的方法,解決了工件難裝夾的問題;并針對零件實際加工中的具體情況,靈活運用"工序集中或分散"的原則,簡化了裝夾找正的過程,穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,提高生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:In view of the structural characteristics of the parts of the acceleration wheel support, the problem of difficult clamping of the workpiece is solved by determining the reasonable positioning datum and adding the technological punch, and aiming at the concrete conditions in the actual machining of the parts, The flexible application of the principle of "centralization or dispersion of working procedures" simplifies the process of clamping and straightening, stabilizes product quality and improves production efficiency.
