【摘要】:運用元件多狀態(tài)可靠性理論建?梢钥朔䝼鹘y(tǒng)二元模型進(jìn)行可靠性評估造成信息遺失的缺點,提高評估結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。針對現(xiàn)有模型主要集中于元件漸變失效研究的現(xiàn)狀,引入Markov過程后,闡述了元件多狀態(tài)的定義,在元件多狀態(tài)連續(xù)時間Markov過程推導(dǎo)的基礎(chǔ)上,分別提出了元件發(fā)生漸變失效和突變失效的狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移可靠性模型。并以某導(dǎo)彈延遲活門為例,建立同時發(fā)生漸變失效和突變失效的狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移微分方程,確定了元件在指定水平下的可靠度函數(shù),通過仿真獲得了元件在確定時刻的可靠度,為基層級維修單位制定保障決策提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The use of multi state reliability modeling element theory can overcome the traditional two element model to evaluate the reliability of information loss caused by faults, improve the accuracy of evaluation results. In view of the present situation of the existing model mainly focuses on the elements of gradual failure research, the introduction of Markov process, expounds the definition of multi state components, based on multi element state continuous time derivation of Markov on the gradual change of element are put forward the reliability model of failure and failure of the mutation state transfer. Taking a delay valve missile as an example, the establishment and gradual change of failure and failure of the mutation state transfer differential equation, determine the reliability function at the specified level of components were obtained through simulation in reliability to determine the time element and to provide the basis for maintenance units to make security decisions.
