【摘要】:企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理水平優(yōu)秀與否直接關(guān)系著企業(yè)整體經(jīng)營管理成果的大小,也就是說企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理水平逐漸成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的“晴雨表”。企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理水平與生產(chǎn)效率以及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益密不可分。生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理水平與生產(chǎn)效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益密切相關(guān)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)水平和技術(shù)水平的提高,企業(yè)對現(xiàn)場管理的要求更是逐步提高,優(yōu)化企業(yè)現(xiàn)場管理也成為加快推進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展的一個重要“突破口”。生產(chǎn)管理水平對于加強(qiáng)企業(yè)管理,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。本文以A機(jī)電設(shè)備制造有限公司為例進(jìn)行研究分析。A機(jī)電設(shè)備制造有限公司是一家數(shù)控金屬加工設(shè)備的企業(yè),主要生產(chǎn)“數(shù)控飛鋸機(jī)”、“摩擦飛鋸機(jī)”、“冷切飛鋸機(jī)”、“仿型銑飛鋸機(jī)”等機(jī)電設(shè)備。在A機(jī)電設(shè)備制造有限公司,生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場被認(rèn)為是企業(yè)整個生產(chǎn)管理水平的重點體現(xiàn)部位,其生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)備體量大、購買價格昂貴、操作精密復(fù)雜,這不僅要求現(xiàn)場工作人員的業(yè)務(wù)技能、業(yè)務(wù)水平精湛,更要求工作人員對設(shè)備的養(yǎng)護(hù)、維修等知識具有一定掌握;生產(chǎn)的機(jī)電設(shè)備種類雖然不多,但是產(chǎn)品體量大、不利于生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的組織控制;客戶多為外銷,不僅對設(shè)備的質(zhì)量要求嚴(yán)格,對設(shè)備的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平等方面都有嚴(yán)格的要求,這些需求重點,都使得A機(jī)電設(shè)備制造有限公司對生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理的優(yōu)化更為迫切。本文是基于生產(chǎn)管理理論,將A機(jī)電設(shè)備制造有限公司生產(chǎn)管理中存在的問題進(jìn)行具體、深入地分析,實地考察調(diào)研A機(jī)電設(shè)備制造有限公司生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場環(huán)境管理、人員管理、材料管理、設(shè)備管理、過程管理的,加以分析和研究,找出A機(jī)電設(shè)備制造有限公司的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理所存在的主要問題,針對查擺出來的主要問題制定優(yōu)化措施,提出對策建議?偟膩碚f,本文主要的研究成果有:1.通過加強(qiáng)A機(jī)電設(shè)備制造有限公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)和績效管理水平,提升生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場員工的向心力和凝聚力;2.通過加強(qiáng)A機(jī)電設(shè)備制造有限公司的員工教育培訓(xùn),提升生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場員工的業(yè)務(wù)知識儲備、業(yè)務(wù)技能水平及綜合素質(zhì);3.通過優(yōu)化A機(jī)電設(shè)備制造有限公司的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備管理,減少因設(shè)備閑置而造成的浪費,提高資源利用效率和企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益;4.通過加強(qiáng)A機(jī)電設(shè)備制造有限公司的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理制度建設(shè),打造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度、規(guī)范化程度高的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場。
[Abstract]:Whether the production site management level of an enterprise is excellent or not is directly related to the size of the enterprise's overall management results. That is to say, the level of production site management has gradually become a barometer for the development of enterprises. The level of production site management is closely related to production efficiency and economic benefits, and the level of production site management is closely related to production efficiency and economy. Benefits are closely related. With the improvement of economic and technological level, The requirements of enterprises for on-site management have been raised step by step, and optimizing the on-site management of enterprises has also become an important "breakthrough" in speeding up the development of enterprises. The level of production management has contributed to strengthening the management of enterprises and improving the quality of products. It is of great significance to promote the development of enterprises. This paper takes A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd as an example to study and analyze .A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a CNC metal processing equipment enterprise. Main production "numerical control flying saw machine", "friction flying saw machine", "cold cutting flying saw machine", "copying milling flying saw machine" and so on. In A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd, the production site is considered to be the key part of the whole production management level of the enterprise. Its production workshop equipment volume is large, the purchase price is expensive, the operation precision is complex, this not only requires the scene staff's business skill, the service level is exquisite, but also requires the staff to have certain knowledge to the equipment maintenance, the maintenance and so on knowledge; Although there are not many types of mechanical and electrical equipment in production, the volume of products is large, which is not conducive to the organization and control of the production site; most of the customers are for export, not only strict requirements for the quality of the equipment, but also strict requirements for the level of technological innovation of the equipment, etc. All these requirements make the optimization of production site management more urgent in A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co. Ltd. This paper is based on the theory of production management and puts forward the problems existing in the production management of A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. In-depth analysis, on-the-spot investigation and investigation, analysis and research on production site environment management, personnel management, material management, equipment management, process management of A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. To find out the main problems existing in the production site management of A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., to formulate the optimization measures for the main problems found out, and to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions. The main research results of this paper are as follows: 1. Through strengthening the corporate culture construction and performance management level of A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. To enhance the centripetal force and cohesion of the production site staff. 2. By strengthening the education and training of the staff of the A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., to enhance the store of business knowledge of the production site staff, By optimizing the production equipment management of A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the waste caused by idle equipment can be reduced. Through strengthening the construction of production site management system of A electromechanical equipment manufacturing co., Ltd, the production site with high standardization degree and standardization degree is built.
