【摘要】:紙紗復(fù)合袋是一種由牛皮紙和紗線復(fù)合而成的環(huán)保型包裝袋,主要應(yīng)用于化工、糧食、醫(yī)藥等多種行業(yè)。目前,紙紗復(fù)合袋的糊底工作主要由人工完成,其糊底質(zhì)量不可靠。本文研究的紙紗復(fù)合袋糊底機(jī)是一種對(duì)紙紗復(fù)合包裝袋進(jìn)行糊底的新型生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。通過(guò)對(duì)比間歇式工作方式的缺點(diǎn),擬采用連續(xù)式工作方式,對(duì)關(guān)鍵部位進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)方案工程化與試驗(yàn),主要內(nèi)容如下:通過(guò)對(duì)手工糊底的過(guò)程進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,制定了糊底的工藝路線,明確了糊底機(jī)在各個(gè)工序上要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,根據(jù)工藝流程和技術(shù)要求,對(duì)糊底機(jī)進(jìn)行總體布局。袋筒經(jīng)過(guò)水平輸送裝置到達(dá)壓痕切口工位,經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)向裝置袋筒由水平轉(zhuǎn)為豎直輸送,分別輸送到吸開(kāi)工位、展開(kāi)工位、壓實(shí)成型等工位。根據(jù)工藝路線,分別對(duì)壓痕切口裝置、輸送裝置、吸開(kāi)裝置、展開(kāi)裝置進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。壓痕切口裝置主要由支撐組件、壓痕組件、氣動(dòng)組件、刀架組件、移動(dòng)刀架組成。采用氣缸驅(qū)動(dòng),導(dǎo)軌導(dǎo)向,通過(guò)刀架的上下運(yùn)動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)壓痕切口一次成型,其中壓痕刀和切口刀安裝在刀架上,并且可調(diào)節(jié),以適應(yīng)不同規(guī)格的袋筒。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)袋筒的豎直輸送,使用了三種設(shè)計(jì)方案,袋筒在皮帶間夾持輸送方案、輥?zhàn)雍推鶐л斔头桨浮L筒輸送方案,分別對(duì)三種方案進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)實(shí)體加工,裝配在整機(jī)上,經(jīng)過(guò)試驗(yàn)對(duì)比,滾筒輸送方案效果最佳,運(yùn)行順暢,沒(méi)有掉落和卡頓的現(xiàn)象,能夠滿足工藝要求。為實(shí)現(xiàn)紙紗復(fù)合袋糊底機(jī)的袋底吸開(kāi)的關(guān)鍵工序,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了以雙曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)為核心的真空吸開(kāi)裝置。依據(jù)吸開(kāi)力—吸盤直徑關(guān)系試驗(yàn)、吸開(kāi)力—相對(duì)負(fù)壓關(guān)系試驗(yàn)測(cè)定結(jié)果,確定吸開(kāi)裝置中真空系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)。仿真試驗(yàn)和裝置實(shí)際運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,曲柄的轉(zhuǎn)速為18.5r/min,吸盤和紙袋接觸時(shí)的負(fù)壓時(shí)間為0~0.76s時(shí),裝置具有良好的吸開(kāi)效果,能夠滿足現(xiàn)場(chǎng)需求。對(duì)展開(kāi)裝置設(shè)計(jì)了三種方案,并進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)對(duì)比,展開(kāi)方案三的試驗(yàn)效果最好,對(duì)展開(kāi)方案三有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)優(yōu)化后的方案進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。本文對(duì)紙紗復(fù)合袋糊底機(jī)關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),將設(shè)計(jì)的裝置工程化,裝配在樣機(jī)上,并對(duì)各個(gè)裝置進(jìn)行調(diào)試試驗(yàn),通過(guò)對(duì)比,找出方案的不足,并對(duì)方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化與驗(yàn)證,為后續(xù)紙紗復(fù)合袋糊底樣機(jī)的產(chǎn)品化提供了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The paper yarn composite bag is a kind of environment-friendly packing bag made of Kraft paper and yarn. It is mainly used in many industries such as chemical industry, grain, medicine and so on. At present, the paste bottom work of paper yarn composite bag is mainly completed by manual. The paper studied the paper yarn composite bag paste bottom machine is a new production equipment for the paper yarn composite packaging bag paste bottom. By comparing the shortcomings of the intermittent working mode, the paper proposes to adopt the continuous working mode. The main contents are as follows: through the investigation of the process of manual bottom paste, the technological route of the paste bottom is worked out, and the function of the bottom paste machine in each working procedure is clarified. According to the technological process and technical requirements, the overall layout of the bottom paste machine is carried out. The bag barrel passes through the horizontal conveying device to the indentation notch position, and through the steering device, the bag barrel is transferred from horizontal to vertical, and transported to the suction start position, respectively, and the work station is developed. According to the process route, the indentation cutting device, conveying device, suction device and expansion device are designed and implemented respectively. The indentation cutting device is mainly composed of supporting components, indentation components, pneumatic components, The tool holder assembly is composed of moving tool holder. It is driven by cylinder and guided by guide rail. The indentation knife and notch knife are installed on the tool holder and can be adjusted by the upper and lower movement of the tool holder. In order to meet the different specifications of the bag barrel. In order to realize the vertical conveying of the bag barrel, three design schemes are used: the bag barrel is clamped in the belt, the roller and the sheet base belt are carried out, and the roller is transported. Each of the three schemes is designed in detail. Through solid processing and assembly on the whole machine, after experimental comparison, the roller conveying scheme has the best effect, runs smoothly, and has no phenomenon of falling and stopping. In order to realize the key process of bag bottom suction of paper yarn composite bag paste machine, a vacuum suction device with double crank connecting rod mechanism as the core is designed and realized. According to the relation between suction force and sucker diameter, the vacuum suction device is designed and realized. The key parameters of vacuum system in the suction device were determined by measuring the relation between suction force and relative negative pressure. The simulation results and the actual operation results showed that the rotation speed of the crank was 18.5 r / min, and the negative pressure time of the suction tray and the paper bag was 0 ~ 0.76s. The device has good suction effect and can meet the needs of the field. Three schemes are designed and compared with each other. The test effect of the third scheme is the best, and the optimization design of the third development scheme is carried out pertinently. In this paper, the key parts of the paper yarn composite bag paste machine are designed, the designed device is engineering, assembled on the prototype, and the debugging test of each device is carried out. To find out the shortage of the scheme, and to optimize and verify the scheme, which provides the basis for the production of the paper yarn composite bag paste bottom prototype.
