磁流變阻尼器等效阻尼建模及其控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:磁流變阻尼器具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、響應(yīng)迅速、阻尼力連續(xù)可調(diào)、耗能低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是新一代高效智能減振器,有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。但是由于其具有強(qiáng)非線性、滯回特性,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單且精確的力學(xué)模型很少,從而制約了磁流變阻尼器在實(shí)際工程中的應(yīng)用。本文利用曲線擬合回歸分析方法簡(jiǎn)化了阻尼器力學(xué)模型,并將簡(jiǎn)化模型應(yīng)用到阻尼器半主動(dòng)振動(dòng)控制策略中。 基于某型號(hào)磁流變阻尼器力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)該阻尼器的動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行了分析。利用MATLAB/Simulink建立了該磁流變阻尼器的修正的Bouc_Wen力學(xué)模型,并與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果比較,,驗(yàn)證了修正的Bouc_Wen模型的精度,為后面磁流變阻尼器等效線性阻尼系數(shù)解析模型的建立提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。 基于磁流變阻尼器修正的Bouc_Wen模型獲得的力學(xué)性能數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)曲線擬合回歸分析方法分別建立了磁流變阻尼器等效線性阻尼系數(shù)與三個(gè)獨(dú)立工況參數(shù):輸入電壓、正弦激勵(lì)振幅以及激勵(lì)頻率的關(guān)系,提出耦合了該三個(gè)獨(dú)立參數(shù)的磁流變阻尼器等效線性阻尼系數(shù)解析模型。模型誤差分析表明,該模型有較小的相對(duì)誤差。 對(duì)耦合了磁流變阻尼器的雙層彈簧支撐板系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)了開(kāi)關(guān)控制和模糊控制兩種半主動(dòng)振動(dòng)控制策略。利用MATLAB/Simulink建立雙層彈簧支撐板半主動(dòng)振動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)仿真模型,并對(duì)控制效果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。仿真結(jié)果表明,與被動(dòng)控制策略相比較,兩種半主動(dòng)振動(dòng)控制策略都具有良好的減振效果,模糊控制策略要優(yōu)于開(kāi)關(guān)控制策略。
[Abstract]:Mr damper has the advantages of simple structure, rapid response, continuously adjustable damping force and low energy consumption. It is a new generation of high efficiency intelligent shock absorber and has a broad prospect of development. However, because of its strong nonlinearity and hysteretic characteristics, the magneto-rheological damper has the advantages of high efficiency and low energy consumption. There are few simple and accurate mechanical models, which restrict the application of Mr dampers in practical engineering. In this paper, the mechanical model of dampers is simplified by means of curve fitting regression analysis. The simplified model is applied to the semi-active vibration control strategy of dampers. Based on the experimental data of the mechanical properties of a certain type of Mr damper, the dynamic characteristics of the damper are analyzed. The modified Bouc_Wen mechanical model of the Mr damper is established by using MATLAB/Simulink, and the results are compared with the experimental results. The accuracy of the modified Bouc_Wen model is verified, which provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of the analytical model of the equivalent linear damping coefficient of the magnetorheological damper. Based on the mechanical performance data obtained from the modified Bouc_Wen model of Mr damper, the equivalent linear damping coefficient and three independent operating conditions parameters of Mr damper are established by curve fitting regression analysis method respectively: input voltage. Based on the relationship between sinusoidal excitation amplitude and excitation frequency, an analytical model of equivalent linear damping coefficient of magnetorheological dampers coupled with the three independent parameters is proposed. The model error analysis shows that the model has small relative error. Two semi-active vibration control strategies, switch control and fuzzy control, are designed for the two-layer spring supporting plate system coupled with magneto-rheological damper. The simulation model of semi-active vibration control system of double-layer spring supporting plate is established by using MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation results show that compared with the passive control strategy, the two semi-active vibration control strategies have good damping effect, and the fuzzy control strategy is better than the switching control strategy.
