TPM設(shè)備管理在TC公司的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:摘要: 隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,企業(yè)想要保持一定的競爭力,首先是要擁有先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,但是對企業(yè)而言,只擁有設(shè)備是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,如何去實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備的有效整合,從而提高其綜合效率,是當(dāng)今企業(yè)運(yùn)作的關(guān)鍵。先進(jìn)的設(shè)備管理思想的導(dǎo)入勢在必行,這是企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)解決維修人員緊缺、提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低物料損耗、提高企業(yè)市場競爭力的有效方法。 本文基于TPM(Total Productive Maintenance全員生產(chǎn)性維護(hù))管理的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合5S管理,針對列車制造廠商唐山軌道客車有限責(zé)任公司(以下簡稱TC公司)設(shè)備管理的問題進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)并進(jìn)行TPM管理活動(dòng)的導(dǎo)入。并根據(jù)本公司的特點(diǎn),引入TPM管理理念,并進(jìn)行靈活的運(yùn)用,通過組織架構(gòu)的調(diào)整、開展5S管理、員工提案、專業(yè)點(diǎn)檢、員工技能的培訓(xùn)、員工的自主保全以及持續(xù)不斷的小組改善活動(dòng)來全面推行TPM活動(dòng)。并對TPM的實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行對比,也驗(yàn)證了推行TPM管理可以給企業(yè)帶來的巨大效益,包括有形的效益和無形的效益。對增強(qiáng)公司的市場競爭力,提升公司的外在形象都產(chǎn)生了良好的效果。 本文對TC公司進(jìn)一步適時(shí)開展TPM管理有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,同時(shí)對TPM管理的實(shí)際應(yīng)用研究有一定的實(shí)踐意義,對國有制造型企業(yè)如何吸收國外先進(jìn)技術(shù)和方法提供了一定的思路。

With the continuous development of our economy, enterprises want to maintain a certain degree of competitiveness, the first is to have advanced production equipment, but for enterprises, only have equipment is far from enough, how to achieve the effective integration of equipment, The introduction of advanced equipment management thought is imperative to solve the shortage of maintenance personnel, improve production efficiency and reduce material wastage. Effective ways to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. This paper is based on the theory of TPM(Total Productive Maintenance) management, combined with 5S management, This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems of equipment management in Tangshan Rail bus Co., Ltd. (TC Company) and introduces the TPM management activities according to the characteristics of the company. According to the characteristics of the company, the concept of TPM management is introduced. And flexible use, through organizational structure adjustment, carry out 5S management, employee proposal, professional spot inspection, staff skills training, Employees' self-preservation and continuous group improvement activities to fully implement TPM activities. And compared with the implementation of TPM, it is also proved that the implementation of TPM management can bring great benefits to enterprises. Including tangible benefit and invisible benefit, it has a good effect on enhancing the market competitiveness of the company and enhancing the external image of the company. This paper has certain guiding significance for TC company to further develop TPM management in good time, and also has certain practical significance to the practical application research of TPM management. This paper provides some ideas on how to absorb foreign advanced technologies and methods for state-owned manufacturing enterprises.
