【摘要】：針對(duì)液壓管路卡箍松動(dòng)故障,提出一種基于應(yīng)變模態(tài)變化的卡箍松動(dòng)識(shí)別與定位方法。利用有限元仿真對(duì)卡箍在正常安裝與松動(dòng)情況下管道固有頻率及應(yīng)變模態(tài)進(jìn)行分析,并設(shè)計(jì)基于光纖光柵的應(yīng)變模態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量系統(tǒng),獲取卡箍松動(dòng)前后的固有頻率與應(yīng)變模態(tài)振型并分析其變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:卡箍松動(dòng)導(dǎo)致固有頻率下降,低階應(yīng)變模態(tài)振型發(fā)生變化,且松動(dòng)位置附近變化最為顯著。根據(jù)固有頻率與實(shí)驗(yàn)應(yīng)變模態(tài)振型的變化可對(duì)卡箍松動(dòng)故障進(jìn)行識(shí)別與定位。
[Abstract]:In view of the loose fault of hydraulic pipe clamps, a method of identifying and locating clamps loosening based on strain mode variation is proposed. The natural frequencies and strain modes of pipes under normal installation and loosening of clamps are analyzed by finite element simulation. A strain mode experimental measurement system based on fiber Bragg grating is designed to obtain the natural frequency and the mode shape of strain mode before and after the clamps are loosened. The results show that the loose clamps lead to the decrease of the natural frequencies. The vibration pattern of low order strain mode is changed, and the most obvious change is near the loose position. According to the change of natural frequency and experimental strain mode mode, the loosening fault of clamps can be identified and located.
