超大斷面硬巖巷道光面爆破技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:為滿足地下水封石油洞庫(kù)工程的特殊要求及解決爆破開(kāi)挖存在的諸多問(wèn)題,結(jié)合前期施工經(jīng)驗(yàn),在理論分析與工程類比的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了中深孔全斷面一次光面爆破技術(shù),采用3.7~3.9 m的中深炮孔,三級(jí)復(fù)式楔形掏槽,崩落孔分層爆破,周邊孔光面爆破,毫秒延遲起爆,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)表明,炮孔利用率高達(dá)90%,破碎塊度適中,周邊眼半孔率約為80%,超挖量控制在15 cm以內(nèi),巷道成型良好,圍巖損傷小,開(kāi)挖質(zhì)量很好地滿足了施工要求,為超大斷面硬巖巷道全斷面爆破開(kāi)挖找到了高效可行的光面爆破方案。復(fù)式楔形掏槽技術(shù)能夠獲得理想的掏槽效果,為后續(xù)爆破創(chuàng)造了自由面及巖石碎脹空間。同時(shí),該光面爆破技術(shù)可為其他類似的硬巖大斷面、超大斷面地下工程提供借鑒與參考,促進(jìn)大斷面硬巖巷道掘進(jìn)爆破工藝水平的發(fā)展與提升。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the special requirements of underground water sealing oil reservoir and to solve many problems existing in blasting excavation, combined with the previous construction experience, based on theoretical analysis and engineering analogies, the primary smooth blasting technology for the whole section of medium and deep hole is designed. In this paper, the medium and deep gunhole with 3.7m 3.9m, three-stage compound wedge cutting, layered blasting of caving hole, smooth blasting of peripheral hole, millisecond delay blasting are adopted. Field test shows that the utilization ratio of the hole is as high as 90% and the degree of fragmentation is moderate. The half-hole rate of the peripheral eye is about 80, the overdigging amount is controlled within 15 cm, the roadway is well formed, the surrounding rock damage is small, and the excavation quality meets the construction requirements very well. In this paper, an efficient and feasible smooth blasting scheme is found for the full-section blasting excavation of super-large section hard rock roadway. The double wedge cutting technology can obtain ideal cutting effect and create free surface and rock dilatation space for subsequent blasting. At the same time, The smooth blasting technology can provide reference and reference for other similar hard rock large section and large section underground engineering, and promote the development and upgrading of blasting technology level of large section hard rock roadway.
