【摘要】：當(dāng)前由功能設(shè)計(jì)得到的產(chǎn)品原理解能否滿足功能要求,缺少有效的評(píng)判方法,導(dǎo)致設(shè)計(jì)工作的反復(fù)和資源的浪費(fèi)。通過功能與流之間的關(guān)系,揭示了流是表征功能能否實(shí)現(xiàn)的重要依據(jù)。依據(jù)原理結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行AMESim建模,在結(jié)構(gòu)層上描述了流的傳遞關(guān)系,利用因果序理論建立因果關(guān)系網(wǎng),并據(jù)此判斷流是否能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)換;利用隸屬函數(shù)確定客戶需求和流之間的關(guān)系,通過對(duì)隸屬度劃分滿意度區(qū)間,從而確定流的合理范圍;進(jìn)而提出了一種兩級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)法用來判斷原理解的可行性。最后以扣圈機(jī)驗(yàn)證上述方法的有效性和實(shí)用性,并通過AMESim軟件進(jìn)行定量仿真驗(yàn)證所提方法的正確性。
[Abstract]:At present, the original understanding of the products obtained from the functional design can meet the functional requirements, and the lack of effective evaluation methods leads to the repetition of the design work and the waste of resources, and through the relationship between the function and the flow, This paper reveals that the flow is an important basis for the realization of the representation function. According to the principle structure, the AMESim modeling is carried out, the transfer relation of the flow is described on the structure layer, the causality relation network is established by using the causality order theory, and the flow can be converted according to the theory of causality order. The relationship between customer demand and flow is determined by membership function, and the reasonable range of flow is determined by dividing the satisfaction interval of membership degree. Then a two-level evaluation method is proposed to judge the feasibility of the original understanding. Finally, the validity and practicability of the above method are verified by a coiling machine, and the correctness of the proposed method is verified by quantitative simulation with AMESim software.
