長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶資源環(huán)境條件與重大地質(zhì)問題

【摘要】:本文系統(tǒng)梳理了長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶以往地質(zhì)研究成果,對長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶資源環(huán)境條件和國土規(guī)劃建設(shè)中應(yīng)關(guān)注的重大地質(zhì)問題進(jìn)行了研究。研究結(jié)果表明,長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶耕地、頁巖氣、地?zé)、鋰等資源條件優(yōu)越,0.3億hm2無重金屬污染耕地集中分布,擁有3個國家級頁巖氣勘查開發(fā)基地,探明儲量5441億m3,每年地?zé)峥衫昧空酆蠘?biāo)準(zhǔn)煤2.4億t,相當(dāng)于2014年燃煤量的19%,發(fā)現(xiàn)亞洲最大的能源金屬鋰礦床,資源環(huán)境條件有利于發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、清潔能源產(chǎn)業(yè)和戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè);長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶部分地區(qū)存在活動斷裂、巖溶塌陷、地面沉降、滑坡崩塌泥石流等重大地質(zhì)問題,影響過江通道、高速鐵路、城市群和綠色生態(tài)廊道規(guī)劃建設(shè),應(yīng)予以關(guān)注,本文提出了相關(guān)建議和對策,同時,提出了下一步支撐服務(wù)長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶發(fā)展地質(zhì)工作設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically reviews the previous geological research results of the Yangtze River economic belt, studies the resource, environmental conditions and the major geological problems in the land planning and construction of the Yangtze River economic belt. The results show that the cultivated land and shale gas in the Yangtze economic belt should be paid close attention to. Geothermal, lithium and other resources are superior. Cultivated land without heavy metal pollution in 30 million hm2 is concentrated and has three national shale gas exploration and development bases. The proved reserves are 544.1 billion m3, and the annual geothermal utilization is equivalent to 240 million tons of standard coal, equivalent to 19 tons of coal burning in 2014. The largest energy metal-lithium deposit in Asia has been discovered, and the resources and environmental conditions are conducive to the development of modern agriculture. Clean energy industry and strategic emerging industries; major geological problems such as active fractures, karst collapses, land subsidence, landslides, landslides and debris flows in parts of the Yangtze River economic belt affect the passage across the river, high-speed railways, etc. The planning and construction of urban agglomeration and green ecological corridor should be paid close attention to. This paper puts forward some relevant suggestions and countermeasures. At the same time, it puts forward a tentative plan of supporting and serving the development of the Yangtze economic belt in the next step.
