基于DXDK900四邊封條袋包裝機(jī)自動(dòng)換膜的研究

【摘要】:DXDK900四邊封條袋包裝機(jī)是一種采用輥式連續(xù)封合的多列小袋自動(dòng)充填包裝設(shè)備。它應(yīng)用廣泛,可以將成卷的片膜包材制成四封袋,同時(shí)完成對(duì)片劑、粉料、顆粒、粘稠及半粘稠液體等不同種類物料的連續(xù)充填包裝。目前,,由于現(xiàn)有放卷機(jī)構(gòu)中只設(shè)有一個(gè)工作膜卷,故待包材用完時(shí),存在停機(jī)換膜的缺陷,這不但影響了包裝機(jī)的生產(chǎn)效率和使用壽命,而且也不利于整機(jī)的自動(dòng)化控制。因此,為解決上述問題,本文對(duì)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)DXDK900四邊封條袋包裝機(jī)的自動(dòng)換膜進(jìn)行了研究。 首先,本文進(jìn)行了包材溫壓特性實(shí)驗(yàn)和縱封輥溫度曲線的研究,得到了聚酯/鋁/聚乙烯復(fù)合膜熱封參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系和縱封輥溫度的變化及分布情況,為包裝機(jī)換膜時(shí)參數(shù)的設(shè)置提供了參考。 其次,在了解DXDK900四邊封條袋包裝機(jī)工作原理、結(jié)構(gòu)組成及性能特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對(duì)放卷機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)。改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容包括放卷機(jī)構(gòu)工作原理改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)、兩側(cè)板改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)、熱封裝置設(shè)計(jì)、壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和糾偏機(jī)構(gòu)改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)等,它們?yōu)轫樌麑?shí)現(xiàn)包裝機(jī)的自動(dòng)換膜奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 最后,本文進(jìn)行了熱封模具熱分析和包材接膜實(shí)驗(yàn),從理論研究與實(shí)驗(yàn)分析相結(jié)合的角度驗(yàn)證了熱封參數(shù)設(shè)置的合理性。
[Abstract]:DXDK900 Four-sided sealing bag packing Machine is a multi-row bag automatic packing equipment with continuous roller sealing. It can be used widely, and can be made into four sealing bags, and the tablets, powder and particles can be finished at the same time. Continuous packing of different kinds of materials, such as viscous and semi-viscous liquids. At present, because there is only one working film coil in the existing unwinding mechanism, there is a defect of stopping to replace the film when the package is used up. This not only affects the production efficiency and service life of the packaging machine, but also is not conducive to the automatic control of the whole machine. Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, this paper studies how to realize the automatic film change of the DXDK900 four-sided sealing bag packaging machine. Firstly, the temperature and compaction characteristics of the package materials and the temperature curve of the longitudinal sealing roll were studied, and the relationship between the thermal sealing parameters of polyester / aluminum / polyethylene composite film and the change and distribution of the temperature of the longitudinal sealing roll were obtained. It provides a reference for the setting of the parameters when the packaging machine changes the film. Secondly, on the basis of understanding the working principle, structure composition and performance characteristics of DXDK900 four-sided sealing bag packaging machine, this paper improves the design of the unwinding mechanism. The content of the improved design includes the improved design of the working principle of the unwinding mechanism. The improved design of the two sides plates, the design of the heat sealing device, the design of the compaction mechanism and the improvement design of the rectifying mechanism have laid the foundation for the smooth realization of the automatic film changing of the packaging machine. Finally, the thermal analysis of hot sealing die and the experiment of cladding film are carried out in this paper. The rationality of setting parameters of heat seal is verified from the angle of combining theoretical research with experimental analysis.
