【摘要】：目的研究專利文本信息獲取產(chǎn)品特征,針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的專利群產(chǎn)品之間的相似性,建立一種新的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)模型。方法建立結(jié)構(gòu)到功能的模型并將功能分為產(chǎn)品功能,外界功能和輔助功能三類;分析產(chǎn)品的功能模型,構(gòu)建了兩個(gè)相關(guān)聯(lián)的專利產(chǎn)品的功能相似矩陣,通過(guò)判斷其功能間的相似度去選擇合適的創(chuàng)新原則。本文提出通過(guò)采用功能相似變換或功能替代的創(chuàng)新原則,獲得最終的產(chǎn)品新方案。結(jié)果將其運(yùn)用到酒類包裝盒的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)中,構(gòu)建兩個(gè)相關(guān)聯(lián)的酒類包裝盒的功能相似矩陣,通過(guò)判斷各功能之間的相似度并選擇相應(yīng)的創(chuàng)新原則設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型的酒類包裝盒。結(jié)論通過(guò)對(duì)酒類包裝盒的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)有效的驗(yàn)證了本文方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the product characteristics of patent text information acquisition, and to establish a new product innovation design model based on the similarity of existing patent group products. Methods A structure-to-function model was established and the functions were divided into product functions. The function model of the product is analyzed, and the functional similarity matrix of two related patent products is constructed. By judging the similarity between its functions to select the appropriate innovation principle, this paper puts forward the innovation principle by adopting functional similarity transformation or functional substitution. Finally, the new product scheme was obtained. The result was applied to the innovative design of the liquor packaging box, and the functional similarity matrix of the two associated liquor packaging boxes was constructed. A new wine packing box is designed by judging the similarity of each function and selecting the corresponding innovation principle. Conclusion the effectiveness of this method is verified by the innovative design of the wine packing box.
