泥質(zhì)軟弱破碎礦脈淺眼回采控制爆破試驗研究

【摘要】:針對前河金礦泥質(zhì)軟弱破碎礦脈下向進(jìn)路回采過程中超爆、上下盤圍巖大面積垮塌、爆破后支護作業(yè)困難等問題,在總結(jié)分析軟弱破碎巖體爆破特性的基礎(chǔ)上,基于減震控制爆破基本理論,提出了"預(yù)留頂板充填體減震層、徑向不耦合裝藥、控制邊眼裝藥量、秒延期多段別控制起爆"等系列綜合減震控制手段,據(jù)此分別針對Ⅳ級和Ⅴ級破碎巖體提出了2種具體的淺眼回采控制爆破技術(shù)方案,并進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場回采爆破試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明:所提出的2種方案均能夠有效的控制回采邊界,爆破后進(jìn)路頂板充填體和上下盤圍巖完整性良好,為后續(xù)采場出礦、支護等創(chuàng)造了有利的時空條件,且炸藥單耗較原方案均有所降低。研究成果可分別在礦區(qū)范圍內(nèi)類似條件下推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of superexplosion, large area collapse of upper and lower wall rock and difficulty of supporting operation after blasting, the characteristics of weak broken rock mass blasting are summarized and analyzed in the mining process of muddy weak broken vein in Qianhe gold mine.
