雙相機(jī)工業(yè)攝影測量系統(tǒng)測量性能測試方法研究

【摘要】:雙相機(jī)工業(yè)攝影測量系統(tǒng)的廣泛應(yīng)用使其測量性能越來越受到關(guān)注,如何準(zhǔn)確合理地評價系統(tǒng)的測量性能,并制定相應(yīng)檢定規(guī)范是目前亟待解決的問題。針對雙相機(jī)系統(tǒng)測量性能的測試問題提出一套系統(tǒng)的方法:首先對雙相機(jī)系統(tǒng)的攝影距離和基線長度等結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行實驗,并選擇最佳參數(shù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的測量性能測試;然后對雙相機(jī)的測量重復(fù)性、三維坐標(biāo)測量準(zhǔn)確度與長度測量準(zhǔn)確度進(jìn)行測評;最后通過以上3個評價指標(biāo)對雙相機(jī)系統(tǒng)測量性能進(jìn)行總體分析與評價。該方法測得某型雙相機(jī)的自身測量重復(fù)性為0.027 mm,三維坐標(biāo)測量準(zhǔn)確度為0.060 mm,長度測量準(zhǔn)確度為0.062 mm。據(jù)此推薦用測量重復(fù)性、三維坐標(biāo)測量準(zhǔn)確度、長度測量準(zhǔn)確度3個指標(biāo)對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行評價。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of dual-camera industrial photogrammetry system, more and more attention has been paid to its measurement performance. How to evaluate the measurement performance of the system accurately and reasonably? It is an urgent problem to establish the corresponding verification specification. A set of systematic methods for measuring the performance of dual-camera system is put forward. Firstly, the structural parameters of the dual-camera system, such as the camera distance and the baseline length, are tested. The measurement performance of the system is tested by selecting the best parameters, and then the repeatability of measurement, the accuracy of 3D coordinate measurement and the accuracy of length measurement are evaluated. Finally, the measurement performance of the dual camera system is analyzed and evaluated by the above three evaluation indexes. The repeatability of the measurement is 0.027 mm, the accuracy of 3D coordinate measurement is 0.060 mm, and the length measurement is accurate. The accuracy is 0.062 mm. accordingly, the repeatability of measurement is recommended. The accuracy of 3D coordinate measurement and the accuracy of length measurement were evaluated.
