R410A空調(diào)系統(tǒng)采用雙排分液冷凝器的替代性研究

【摘要】:本文以R410A家用分體式空調(diào)機(jī)為原型,以新型的雙排分液冷凝器,構(gòu)建分液冷凝空調(diào)系統(tǒng),并研究其系統(tǒng)匹配及綜合性能。采用理論優(yōu)化管程布置的雙排分液冷凝器,實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了在毛細(xì)管長度為300 mm~800 mm和制冷劑充注量為950 g~1350 g條件下,分液冷凝空調(diào)系統(tǒng)性能的變化規(guī)律,并與原型系統(tǒng)作對(duì)比。研究表明,在制冷名義工況下,較原型系統(tǒng),最優(yōu)分液冷凝系統(tǒng)的能效比(energy efficiency ratio,EER)和制冷量高5.1%和4.2%,所需的毛細(xì)管長度少16.7%,而制冷劑充注量高8.6%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, R410A domestic air conditioner is used as the prototype, a new type of double separate condenser is used to construct the separate liquid condensing air conditioning system, and its system matching and comprehensive performance are studied. Under the conditions of capillary length of 300 mm~800 mm and refrigerant charge of 950g / 1 350 g, the performance of liquid-separated condensing air conditioning system is studied and compared with that of the prototype system. The results show that the performance of the system is better than that of the prototype system under the nominal condition of refrigeration. The energy efficiency and refrigerating capacity of the optimal condensing system are 5.1% and 4.2, respectively. The length of capillary tube is 16.7 less, and the charge of refrigerant is 8.6%.
