高頻超聲熱沉積法制備鍍銀導(dǎo)電薄膜

【摘要】:以硝酸銀溶液為前驅(qū)液體,聚酰亞胺(PI)薄膜為基材,采用靜電熱解和高頻超聲相結(jié)合的方法制備鍍銀導(dǎo)電薄膜。采用X射線衍射(XRD)、透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)、能譜儀(EDS)、原子力顯微鏡(AFM)、電阻測試儀等對制得的樣品進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果顯示:硝酸銀(AgNO_3)為0.15mol/L、電壓為20kV、基板和噴嘴距離為4cm、沉積時間30min、200℃退火時,制得的導(dǎo)電薄膜表面方阻低至1.4Ω。
[Abstract]:The silver nitrate solution was used as the precursor liquid and the polyimide (Pi) film was used as the substrate. The silver coated conductive films were prepared by the combination of electrostatic pyrolysis and high frequency ultrasound. The samples were characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), atomic force microscope (AFM), and resistance tester. The results show that Agno _ 3 is 0.15mol / L, voltage is 20kV, distance between substrate and nozzle is 4cm, deposition time is 30 min ~ 200 鈩,
