考慮鉸鏈間隙和連桿柔性推料機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析

【摘要】:目的基于ADAMS軟件,對(duì)包裝機(jī)推料機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行虛擬樣機(jī)建模。方法對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行仿真,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立鉸鏈間隙模型、柔性體模型和鉸鏈間隙柔性體都存在的模型。通過(guò)與理想模型運(yùn)動(dòng)曲線進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析各個(gè)鉸鏈間隙和連桿柔性對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)規(guī)律的影響。結(jié)果運(yùn)動(dòng)副間隙(0.25 cm)對(duì)推料板的速度、加速度影響明顯,會(huì)產(chǎn)生振蕩現(xiàn)象;同時(shí)考慮運(yùn)動(dòng)副間隙(0.25 cm)和構(gòu)件柔性,得到的速度、加速度曲線趨于平穩(wěn),緩解了鉸鏈間隙產(chǎn)生的沖擊。結(jié)論適當(dāng)考慮連桿柔性,可以緩解鉸鏈間隙產(chǎn)生的振蕩,使推料板運(yùn)動(dòng)趨于穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Aim based on ADAMS software, the virtual prototyping model of the push mechanism of the packaging machine was established, and the hinge clearance model was established based on the simulation of the mechanism. By comparing with the ideal model, the effects of hinge clearance and linkage flexibility on kinematics are analyzed. The results show that the clearance of motion pair is 0.25 cm) and the velocity of push plate is about 0.25 cm, and the results are as follows: (1) the model of flexible body and the flexible body with hinge clearance are compared with the ideal model, and the effects of hinge clearance and linkage flexibility on kinematics are analyzed. The acceleration effect is obvious and the oscillation will occur, and the velocity and acceleration curve obtained by considering the clearance of motion pair (0.25 cm) and the flexibility of the component tend to be stable, which alleviates the impact caused by the hinge clearance. Conclusion the flexibility of connecting rod is considered appropriately. The oscillations produced by hinge clearance can be alleviated, and the movement of the pushing plate tends to be stable.
