一種粘性阻尼系統(tǒng)的模型修正方法研究

【摘要】:近幾十年來(lái),以提高有限元仿真計(jì)算精度為目的有限元修正技術(shù)受到了科技和工業(yè)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的廣泛關(guān)注且得到了迅猛發(fā)展。本文在正交模型-正交模態(tài)修正方法的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了三種模型修正方法。對(duì)比例阻尼模型和粘性阻尼模型進(jìn)行模型修正過(guò)程中,討論三種方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),選出最優(yōu)修正方法。研究參數(shù)選取對(duì)該方法修正結(jié)果的影響,并用該方法對(duì)工程實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行修正。具體內(nèi)容如下: 本文簡(jiǎn)述了幾種有限元模型修正的經(jīng)典方法,討論各種修正方法的優(yōu)劣勢(shì),并提出選擇模型修正方法的基本原則;針對(duì)實(shí)際模型含有一般粘性阻尼以及避免數(shù)值奇異等問(wèn)題,提出了三種修正方法,即含阻尼正交模型-正交模態(tài)修正方法(DCMCM)、含阻尼正交模型-正交模態(tài)改進(jìn)修正方法(DICMCM)、含阻尼正交模型-正交模態(tài)反乘改進(jìn)修正方法(DICMCM反乘法)。經(jīng)數(shù)值算例驗(yàn)證,含阻尼正交模型-正交模態(tài)改進(jìn)修正方法可以解決上述問(wèn)題且修正結(jié)果精度較高。 本文選取不同組試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),驗(yàn)證選取不同階模態(tài)下含阻尼正交模型-正交模態(tài)改進(jìn)修正方法(DICMCM)修正結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性;選取不同數(shù)量試驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)對(duì)修正結(jié)果影響最大,在修正過(guò)程中應(yīng)選取盡量多的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),以獲得更精確的修正結(jié)果;迭代二次修正對(duì)修正結(jié)果影響最小,可以看出本方法無(wú)須迭代,,節(jié)省計(jì)算時(shí)間;選取等量不同階次試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)不影響修正結(jié)果。 本文用含阻尼正交模型-正交模態(tài)改進(jìn)修正方法(DICMCM)對(duì)某鋼架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了模型修正,驗(yàn)證其是否滿足工程結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力學(xué)分析的要求。結(jié)果表明:修正后的結(jié)構(gòu)有限元模型仿真計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果吻合,修正后頻率相對(duì)誤差均在3%以下。因此本文所提出的模型修正方法在工程中具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, the technology of finite element correction, aiming at improving the accuracy of finite element simulation, has been paid more and more attention in the fields of science, technology and industry. This paper is based on the orthogonal model-orthogonal mode correction method. In the process of model modification of proportional damping model and viscous damping model, the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods are discussed, and the optimal correction method is selected. The method is used to modify the actual structure of the project. The specific contents are as follows:. In this paper, several classical methods of finite element model modification are briefly introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are discussed, and the basic principles of selecting model modification methods are put forward, aiming at the problems of general viscous damping and avoiding numerical singularity in practical models. Three correction methods are proposed. That is, the damped orthogonal model-orthogonal mode correction method, the damped orthogonal model-orthogonal mode modification method, the damped orthogonal model-orthogonal mode inverse multiplication modified method, the DICMCM inverse multiplication method and the numerical example. The damped orthogonal model-orthogonal mode modified method can solve the above problems, and the accuracy of the modified results is high. In this paper, we select different groups of test data to verify the accuracy of the modified results of the damped orthogonal model-orthogonal mode modified method (DICMCM) under different modes, and select different experimental modes to have the greatest influence on the correction results. The experimental data should be selected as much as possible in the process of correction to obtain more accurate correction results, the second iteration correction has the least influence on the correction results, it can be seen that this method does not need iteration and saves calculation time. Selecting the same number of different order test data does not affect the correction results. In this paper, the damped orthogonal model-orthogonal mode modification method (DICMCM) is used to modify the model of a steel frame structure. The results show that the simulation results of the modified finite element model are in agreement with the experimental results. The relative error of the modified frequency is less than 3%, so the model modification method proposed in this paper has practical application value in engineering.
