【摘要】：基于熱虹吸原理，再循環(huán)重力供液系統(tǒng)依靠氣液分離器靜液面與蒸發(fā)器之間的高差形成供液壓頭，用以實(shí)現(xiàn)制冷系統(tǒng)蒸發(fā)器的超倍供液，大大提高了蒸發(fā)器的換熱效率。氣液分離器是重力供液制冷系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵部件之一，氣液分離器設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)小，將導(dǎo)致制冷劑氣液兩相分離不開(kāi)，壓縮機(jī)進(jìn)氣帶液或蒸發(fā)器供液帶氣等一些列后期運(yùn)行費(fèi)用；若氣液分離器設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)大，將大大增加了設(shè)備的初投資，設(shè)計(jì)方案也不會(huì)被接收。因此，合理設(shè)計(jì)氣液分離器的結(jié)構(gòu)形式是很有必要的。尤其對(duì)于重力供液系統(tǒng)來(lái)說(shuō)，蒸發(fā)器供液動(dòng)力由液柱壓頭提供，氣液分離器結(jié)構(gòu)形式直接影響到重力供液制冷系統(tǒng)的初投資、制冷劑充灌量以及系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行性能。因此，設(shè)計(jì)一種適用于重力供液制冷系統(tǒng)的氣液分離器形式，對(duì)重力供液制冷系統(tǒng)的完善是很有意義的。 本文運(yùn)用液滴動(dòng)力學(xué)，對(duì)氣液分離器內(nèi)流場(chǎng)的單液滴進(jìn)行了動(dòng)力學(xué)分析，并將單液滴模型用于氣液分離器結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。采用數(shù)值模擬軟件Fluent對(duì)氣液分離器的內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)氣液分離器同原氣液分離器的內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)規(guī)律一致，，氣液分離器直徑減小為原來(lái)的75%，氣相出口截面平均液相體積分?jǐn)?shù)變?yōu)?.0689108，對(duì)于實(shí)際制冷系統(tǒng)來(lái)說(shuō)，其值是可以接受的。 改建重力供液制冷系統(tǒng)的試驗(yàn)裝置，采用熱平衡法測(cè)試不同氣液分離器運(yùn)行時(shí)，重力供液制冷系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行特性。本試驗(yàn)設(shè)置了6個(gè)試驗(yàn)工況，分析相同工況下不同氣液分離器運(yùn)行時(shí)，氣液分離器形式對(duì)重力供液制冷系統(tǒng)的影響。 試驗(yàn)表明，氣液分離器的結(jié)構(gòu)形式對(duì)重力供液制冷系統(tǒng)的性能影響較小，由于分離器直徑減小了25%，蒸發(fā)器內(nèi)蒸發(fā)溫度波動(dòng)變的較為劇烈；分離器內(nèi)制冷劑存儲(chǔ)量大大減少，當(dāng)液位處于控制液位時(shí)，分離器存儲(chǔ)量?jī)H為原來(lái)的19.1%。
[Abstract]:The gas - liquid separator is one of the key components in the gravity feed system . In this paper , the droplet dynamics is used to analyze the single droplet of the flow field in the gas - liquid separator , and the single - drop model is used in the design of the gas - liquid separator structure . The internal flow field of the gas - liquid separator is analyzed by using the numerical simulation software , the diameter of the gas - liquid separator is reduced to 75 % , and the average liquid - phase volume fraction of the gas - liquid separator becomes 1.0689108 , and the value of the gas - liquid separator is acceptable for the actual refrigeration system . In this paper , six test conditions are set up to analyze the effect of the gas - liquid separator on the gravity feed refrigeration system when different gas - liquid separators are operated under the same conditions . The experimental results show that the structure of the gas - liquid separator has less influence on the performance of the gravity liquid - supply refrigeration system , because the diameter of the separator is reduced by 25 % , the fluctuation of the evaporation temperature in the evaporator becomes more severe , and the storage capacity of the refrigerant in the separator is greatly reduced , and when the liquid level is in the control liquid level , the storage amount of the separator is only 19.1 % .
