單孔浸沒式頂吹攪拌水模實(shí)驗(yàn)及攪拌效果評價方法研究

【摘要】:針對單孔浸沒式頂吹對液相的攪拌效果進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)中設(shè)計(jì)并搭建了單孔浸沒式頂吹水模實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺,利用高速相機(jī)進(jìn)行拍攝,通過改變進(jìn)氣量、噴管插入深度、噴管插入角度等條件,對不同工況的液相攪拌效果展開了研究。在不借助專業(yè)儀器且能準(zhǔn)確、全面量化液相攪拌效果的前提下,根據(jù)圖片特征提出了基于圖片分塊策略和NCC算法的相似度計(jì)算方法。結(jié)果表明:該相似度方法能準(zhǔn)確全面地評價不同工況的攪拌效果;實(shí)驗(yàn)中,進(jìn)氣量越大、噴管插入越深攪拌越劇烈;噴管以不同傾斜角度插入噴吹,對攪拌效果無太大影響。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effect of single hole immersion top blowing on liquid phase stirring was studied experimentally. In the experiment, the experimental platform of single hole immersion top blowing model was designed and built, and the high speed camera was used to shoot, and the air intake was changed. Under the conditions of nozzle insertion depth, nozzle insertion angle and other conditions, the liquid phase stirring effect under different working conditions was studied. Without the help of professional instruments and accuracy, the liquid phase stirring effect could be comprehensively quantified. According to the image features, the similarity calculation method based on the image partitioning strategy and NCC algorithm is proposed. The results show that the similarity method can accurately and comprehensively evaluate the mixing effect under different working conditions. In the experiment, the bigger the air intake is, the more intense the nozzle is. Nozzles with different inclined angles into the injection, no significant impact on the agitation effect.
