適于金針菇生長(zhǎng)的高溫冷庫(kù)優(yōu)化及工藝參數(shù)的研究

【摘要】:金針菇由于味道鮮美,有營(yíng)養(yǎng),屬于綠色有機(jī)食品,獲取了葷素兩者之長(zhǎng),因此深受大家的喜愛(ài)。在社會(huì)高速發(fā)展的今天,人們不能拘泥于靠自然的方法來(lái)栽培金針菇,因此食用菌的工業(yè)化栽培將食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)引領(lǐng)到一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階,即將金針菇的生長(zhǎng)環(huán)境人為地用冷庫(kù)設(shè)備來(lái)調(diào)控,使其處于一個(gè)適應(yīng)生長(zhǎng)的環(huán)境中。同時(shí)利用先進(jìn)的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備以及檢測(cè)手段,滿足對(duì)食用菌庫(kù)房的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。 本課題研究在高溫冷庫(kù)中培育金針菇適于其生長(zhǎng)的工藝參數(shù)。為金針菇的生長(zhǎng)提供更好的環(huán)境的同時(shí),也為工程實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供基礎(chǔ)理論參考。通過(guò)對(duì)金針菇生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的定時(shí)、定量的觀察記錄,把金針菇的階段成長(zhǎng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行提煉,結(jié)合該冷庫(kù)中對(duì)圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)、制冷系統(tǒng)設(shè)備匹配,出菇期的管理等方面的選擇和設(shè)計(jì),確定了系統(tǒng)節(jié)能優(yōu)化及高溫冷庫(kù)工藝參數(shù)的研究。 控制部分選用PLC可編程控制器,完成對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化控制,研究了對(duì)新風(fēng)的控制(二氧化碳濃度控制)等等。把制冷設(shè)備和自動(dòng)控制設(shè)備聯(lián)系起來(lái),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。 研究結(jié)果表明適用于金針菇出菇室工藝參數(shù)的適應(yīng)值如下:再生階段溫度值為8℃-15℃,相對(duì)濕度值為80%~90%,CO2濃度占空氣含量的0.02%,濃度值不能高于1000ppm;抑制階段溫度值為4℃~6℃,相對(duì)濕度值為80%~95%,CO2濃度占空氣含量O.1%~0.15%左右,濃度值在4000-6000ppm之間;長(zhǎng)菇階段溫度值為5℃~7℃,相對(duì)濕度值為70%~80%,CO2濃度占空氣含量的0.05%~0.125%左右,濃度值在2000~5000ppm之間。通風(fēng)方式為再生與長(zhǎng)菇階段大量通風(fēng),抑制階段適當(dāng)通風(fēng)即可。
[Abstract]:Flammulina velutipes, because of its delicious taste, nutritious and green organic food, has obtained both meat and vegetable, so it is loved by everyone. Today, the society is developing at a high speed. People can not only rely on natural methods to cultivate Flammulina velutipes, so the industrialized cultivation of edible fungi will lead the mushroom industry to a new stage, that is, the growth environment of Flammulina velutipes is artificially controlled by cold storage equipment. At the same time, it can satisfy the real-time monitoring of edible fungus storehouse by using advanced automatic equipment and detection means. This paper studies the technological parameters of cultivating Flammulina velutipes in high temperature cold storage to provide a better environment for the growth of Flammulina velutipes. It also provides the basic theory reference for the practical application of engineering. Through the timing and quantitative observation record of each index in the growth process of Flammulina velutipes, the standard index of the growth stage of Flammulina velutipes is refined. Combined with the selection and design of enclosure structure, equipment matching of refrigeration system, and management of mushroom production period, the optimization of system energy saving and the study of process parameters of high temperature cold storage were determined. In the control part, the PLC programmable controller is used to complete the automatic control of the whole system, the control of the fresh air (carbon dioxide concentration control) and so on are studied. The refrigeration equipment and the automatic control equipment are connected together. Realize the real-time monitoring of the project site.
