音樂對(duì)VDT設(shè)備交互界面中信息認(rèn)知的影響研究

【摘要】:在多媒體技術(shù)與移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)快速發(fā)展的背景下,信息傳遞媒介已經(jīng)從紙面打印發(fā)展到了人機(jī)數(shù)字交互界面閱讀階段。人們?cè)谌粘I钪型ㄟ^電腦屏幕或其他VDT設(shè)備界面來獲取信息的行為十分常見,如電子化辦公、公共場(chǎng)所自助終端設(shè)備使用、汽車駕駛室中導(dǎo)航界面的操作等等。多項(xiàng)研究表明,音樂作為一種能夠使人產(chǎn)生共鳴效果的聲頻,對(duì)信息的傳遞效率有著非常重要的作用。本課題依據(jù)人機(jī)工程學(xué)、認(rèn)知心理學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)理論,以電腦屏幕為載體,通過大量實(shí)驗(yàn)研究及數(shù)據(jù)分析探討了音樂的不同特征屬性對(duì)信息的獲取效率及獲取次序的影響。首先通過問卷調(diào)研,確定VDT設(shè)備交互界面中的信息種類、背景音樂的影響因素及交互界面分類等,并結(jié)合人機(jī)工程學(xué)設(shè)置信息大小、間距、布局均適宜的實(shí)驗(yàn)界面。其次,準(zhǔn)備實(shí)驗(yàn)材料,進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)一研究了不同背景音樂屬性對(duì)以文本為主的界面中信息認(rèn)知的影響,通過TobiiX2-30眼動(dòng)儀進(jìn)行眼動(dòng)追蹤得到眼部行為監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)及信息獲取次序,并以E-prime2.0軟件記錄客觀數(shù)據(jù)反應(yīng)速度和正確率作為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)來評(píng)價(jià)信息獲取效率。實(shí)驗(yàn)二研究了不同背景音樂屬性對(duì)以圖像為主的界面中信息認(rèn)知的影響,通過TobiiX2-30眼動(dòng)儀進(jìn)行眼動(dòng)追蹤得到眼部行為監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)及信息獲取次序,并以E-prime2.0軟件記錄客觀數(shù)據(jù)反應(yīng)速度和正確率作為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)來評(píng)價(jià)信息獲取效率。實(shí)驗(yàn)三研究了不同背景音樂屬性對(duì)以文本+圖像為主的界面中信息認(rèn)知的影響,通過TobiiX2-30眼動(dòng)儀進(jìn)行眼動(dòng)追蹤得到眼部行為監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)及信息獲取次序,并以E-prime2.0軟件記錄客觀數(shù)據(jù)反應(yīng)速度和正確率作為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)來評(píng)價(jià)信息獲取效率。經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,本實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下能有效提高VDT設(shè)備界面中獲取效率的組合是慢節(jié)奏純音樂,并得出背景音樂的節(jié)奏、歌詞、語種單因素屬性對(duì)三類界面的反應(yīng)速度、正確率及獲取效率是有差異的。文本界面中,語種屬性對(duì)信息獲取效率的影響顯著,由于被試的認(rèn)知習(xí)慣,中文歌曲影響下的獲取效率最低,尤其是對(duì)正確率的影響;圖像界面中,由于圖標(biāo)居多,節(jié)奏的快慢對(duì)反應(yīng)速度影響顯著,從而影響獲取效率;文本+圖像界面中,各單因素影響均顯著。另外,同一界面中不同組合屬性的音樂對(duì)于眼動(dòng)軌跡并無影響;而相同音樂對(duì)于不同類型界面中的眼動(dòng)軌跡影響顯著。文本界面中,不論何種音樂影響,被試獲取信息的眼動(dòng)軌跡均呈線性,由標(biāo)題部分移向內(nèi)容部分;圖像界面中,不論何種音樂影響,被試獲取信息的眼動(dòng)軌跡均呈非線性,在圖像和文字之間移動(dòng);文本+圖像界面中,不論何種音樂影響,被試獲取信息的眼動(dòng)軌跡均呈非線性,并遵循先標(biāo)題、再圖像、后文字的次序。最后,以對(duì)照組為基準(zhǔn),得出不同的音樂對(duì)VDT設(shè)備交互界面中信息認(rèn)知的影響有促有抑。將實(shí)驗(yàn)三結(jié)果應(yīng)用于汽車駕駛室操作導(dǎo)航的交互界面設(shè)計(jì)中,并制定了一套規(guī)范。在不同背景音樂的影響下,為提高用戶在駕駛過程中對(duì)導(dǎo)航界面中的信息認(rèn)知,導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)應(yīng)有一套特定的界面與之相匹配。此外,本研究結(jié)果還能為其他VDT設(shè)備交互界面的設(shè)計(jì)提供有效依據(jù),讓用戶快速獲取界面信息,改善信息傳遞效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of multimedia technology and mobile internet background, information transmission media has been from the paper to the development of the digital print interface reading stage. People in daily life through the computer screen or other VDT device interface to obtain the information of the behavior is very common, such as electronic office, self-service terminal equipment used in public places, the navigation interface the cab car in operation and so on. Many studies show that music is a kind of can make people resonate with the audio effect, plays a very important role in information transfer efficiency. This paper according to the ergonomics, cognitive psychology, statistics and other related theories, with the computer screen as the carrier, through a lot of experiments and data analysis of the influence of different attributes of music information on the acquisition efficiency and obtain order. First, through a questionnaire survey to determine the VDT equipment The types of information interaction in the interface, the effects of background music factors and interactive interface classification, combined with ergonomics information set size, spacing, the interface layout is suitable. Secondly, for experimental material, experimental study. Finally, in the control group as a benchmark, the The influence of different music information of VDT device interface in cognitive stimulation.
