【摘要】:目的測試、分析高速螺旋轉(zhuǎn)子泵在不同轉(zhuǎn)速下的性能。方法對高速螺旋轉(zhuǎn)子泵進(jìn)行三維建模,并建立其理論流量數(shù)學(xué)模型,進(jìn)行樣機試制及裝配。搭建螺旋轉(zhuǎn)子泵性能測試硬件及軟件系統(tǒng),通過Labview對信號進(jìn)行控制和采集。結(jié)果螺旋轉(zhuǎn)子泵實際流量與流量波動隨著轉(zhuǎn)速的升高呈線性增加,流量波動從轉(zhuǎn)速為2700 r/min時的0.43 L/min增大到轉(zhuǎn)速為8400 r/min時的1.76 L/min。螺旋轉(zhuǎn)子泵轉(zhuǎn)速小于5800 r/min時,轉(zhuǎn)速增加與實際流量增加基本呈線性關(guān)系,當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速超過7000 r/min時,實際流量基本不再增加。結(jié)論螺旋轉(zhuǎn)子泵的實際輸出流量及流量波動隨轉(zhuǎn)速增加而增大,實際輸出流量的增大提高了螺旋轉(zhuǎn)子泵的輸出壓力,而流量波動的增大降低了螺旋轉(zhuǎn)子泵的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Objective to test and analyze the performance of high speed spiral rotor pump at different speeds. Methods the 3D model of high speed screw rotor pump was established and its theoretical flow mathematical model was established. The prototype was trial-produced and assembled, and the hardware and software system for testing the performance of the screw rotor pump was built. The signal was controlled and collected by Labview. Results the actual flow rate and flow fluctuation of the screw rotor pump increased linearly with the increase of rotational speed. The flow fluctuation increased from 0.43 L / min at 2700 r / min to 1.76 at 8400 r / min. When the speed of the screw rotor pump is less than 5800 r / min. The increase of rotational speed is linearly related to the increase of actual flow rate, when the rotational speed exceeds 7000 r / min. Conclusion the actual output flow and flow fluctuation of the screw rotor pump increase with the increase of rotational speed, and the actual output flow increases the output pressure of the screw rotor pump. The increase of flow fluctuation reduces the stability of the screw rotor pump.
