【摘要】：Under the new normal of China economic development,aviation economy,as a new economic form,plays a key role in enhancing regional economic competitiveness and promoting leap-forward development,which has become a new driving force for national and regional economic development.In order to speed up the development of aviation economy and the aviation economic status in Henan Province,it is extremely important to set up aviation economic think tanks and provide development strategies and intellectual support.Based on the current situation of the construction of aviation economic think tanks in Henan Province,this paper firstly finds out the problems existing in the construction of aviation economic think tanks in Henan Province by investigation and analysis,and finds out the theoretical basis for the problem,thus to determine the organizational elements of constructing aviation economic think tanks in Henan Province.Secondly,according to the elements of aviation economic think tanks in Henan Province,the operation mode of aviation economic think tanks is constructed,and the realization path of aviation economy think tanks in Henan province is put forward.Then,taking the example of Collaborative Innovation Center for Aviation Economy Development‖ as an example,this paper analyzes how this center organization plays an important role in the development of construction of aviation economic think tanks in Henan Province from aspects of development mode of the aviation economic think tanks.Finally,the shortcomings and problems to be solved are summarized in this paper.
