論京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展中的組織領導管理模式

【摘要】:京津冀區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展是中央重點實施的重大國家戰(zhàn)略,戰(zhàn)略的推動和完成需要依靠強有力的領導組織機構。立足京津冀三地組織管理實際情況,結合國內(nèi)外出現(xiàn)過的組織領導管理模式,京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展可設計四種組織領導管理模式——總督府模式、領導小組模式、華府模式、中央局模式。其各有利弊,可為京津冀區(qū)域設計組織領導模式提供參考。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important national strategy implemented by the central government, and the promotion and completion of the strategy needs to rely on a strong leading organization. Based on the actual situation of organization and management in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, combined with the organizational leadership management mode at home and abroad, the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei can design four kinds of organizational leadership management models-the government model, the leadership group model, the Washington model and the central bureau model. It has its own advantages and disadvantages, which can provide a reference for the leadership model of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional design organization.
