【摘要】：工作環(huán)境在眾說紛紜的管理定義中是一個被隱去的內(nèi)容。在重新審視管理定義的基礎上,統(tǒng)一了對管理定義的認知,并明確了工作環(huán)境的重要性。以工作環(huán)境為橫向維度,不僅可以與主流的管理職能維度兼容,而且還可以提出管理學科新的二維框架結(jié)構(gòu)�；诠ぷ鳝h(huán)境論構(gòu)建的新的框架體系,對解決現(xiàn)實的管理實踐和理論創(chuàng)新的一些問題可以起到明顯的積極效應。
[Abstract]:The working environment is a hidden content in the different definition of management. On the basis of re-examining the definition of management, the cognition of management definition is unified and the importance of working environment is clarified. Taking the working environment as the horizontal dimension can not only be compatible with the mainstream management function dimension, but also propose a new two-dimensional framework of management discipline. The new framework system based on work environment theory can play an obvious positive effect on solving some problems of practical management practice and theoretical innovation.
