泰羅主義、泰羅文本與心理革命辨析

【摘要】:泰羅認(rèn)為,科學(xué)管理的實(shí)質(zhì)是心理革命。然而,科學(xué)管理在實(shí)踐中卻遭到了工人們的反對(duì),也未能實(shí)現(xiàn)勞資雙方的心理革命。本文從人性假設(shè)、科學(xué)管理的方法論、科學(xué)共同體內(nèi)部的觀念差異,以及心理革命這一概念自身的缺陷等方面探討了泰羅主義如何排斥心理革命,從而使其偏離泰羅的科學(xué)管理文本這個(gè)問(wèn)題,并認(rèn)為泰羅主義對(duì)心理革命的排斥,又外化為今天管理理論中科學(xué)主義范式與人本主義范式的對(duì)立。
[Abstract]:Tyrol believes that the essence of scientific management is a psychological revolution. However, scientific management has been opposed by workers in practice, and has failed to realize the psychological revolution of both employers and employees. This paper discusses how Tyroism repels the psychological revolution from the aspects of the hypothesis of human nature, the methodology of scientific management, the differences of ideas within the scientific community, and the defects of the concept of psychological revolution. Thus, it deviates from the problem of Tyrol's scientific management text, and holds that the exclusion of Tyroism from the psychological revolution is externalized into the opposition between the scientism paradigm and the humanistic paradigm in today's management theory.
