【摘要】：中國特色新型智庫是國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的重要內(nèi)容。由于智庫能力體系建設(shè)過程的專業(yè)性和抽象性,需要基于實踐體驗,分析不同主體參與決策制定過程的邏輯。分析表明知識在實踐中轉(zhuǎn)化蘊含著主體到理念轉(zhuǎn)化、客體到對象轉(zhuǎn)化、工具到渠道轉(zhuǎn)化,這三種轉(zhuǎn)化對于智庫思想力、咨詢力和傳播力具有較好的解釋能力。實踐雖然為能力建設(shè)提供良好指導(dǎo)方向,但智庫能力建設(shè)的目的是為了做好實踐幫扶。智庫需要立足實踐主體、面向?qū)嵺`對象和拓展實踐渠道,才能夠形成良好的能力建設(shè)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:A new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the modernization of national governance system and governance ability. Because of the professionalism and abstractness of the process of building the capacity system of think tanks, it is necessary to analyze the logic of different subjects participating in the decision-making process based on the practical experience. The analysis shows that the transformation of knowledge in practice contains the transformation from subject to idea, from object to object, and from tool to channel. These three transformations have better explanation ability for ideological power, consultation power and communication power of think tanks. Although practice provides a good direction for capacity-building, the purpose of think-tank capacity-building is to do a good job of practical help. Think tanks need to be based on practice subjects, oriented to practice objects and expand practice channels, in order to form a good capacity-building environment.
