考慮支付進度的動態(tài)工期優(yōu)化

【摘要】:建立了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖的傳統(tǒng)工期費用交換問題的優(yōu)化模型。針對傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)化模型的缺陷,考慮資金的時間價值,以凈現(xiàn)值最大化為優(yōu)化目標,建立了基于工程款支付進度的動態(tài)工期優(yōu)化模型,目標函數(shù)包括了項目實施中的各項現(xiàn)金流入和流出:業(yè)主支付、活動直接費用、項目間接費用。同時給出了兩個模型的求解算法。最后結(jié)合一個算例對比了不同工期優(yōu)化下的結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明,與傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)化模型相比,雖然本文提出的優(yōu)化模型工期增加了,但建筑商的凈現(xiàn)值收益提高了。從反映建筑商真實收益的凈現(xiàn)值角度看,所提的模型更優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:The optimization model of traditional project cost exchange problem based on network diagram is established. Aiming at the defects of the traditional optimization model, considering the time value of the funds and taking the maximization of the net present value as the optimization goal, a dynamic time limit optimization model based on the payment schedule of the project is established. Objective function includes cash inflow and outflow in project implementation: owner's payment, activity direct cost, project indirect cost. At the same time, the algorithm of solving the two models is given. Finally, a numerical example is used to compare the results under different time limit optimization. The results show that compared with the traditional optimization model, the time limit of the optimization model proposed in this paper increases, but the net present value income of the builders increases. From the point of view of the net present value which reflects the real income of the builder, the proposed model is better.
