【摘要】：黨政機(jī)關(guān)公文行文規(guī)則有宏觀與微觀層次之分。宏觀上,指公文行文應(yīng)遵循必要性、少而精、效用、行文關(guān)系根據(jù)隸屬關(guān)系和職權(quán)范圍確定原則;微觀上,指公文行文規(guī)則的具體規(guī)定。文章對(duì)黨政機(jī)關(guān)公文行文規(guī)則具體差異作了比較分析。
[Abstract]:The official documents of party and government organs are divided into macro-level and micro-level. Macroscopically, it refers to the principle that the official text should follow the necessity, little but fine, utility, and the relationship between the official documents should be determined according to the subordinate relation and the terms of reference; on the micro, it refers to the specific provisions of the official document writing rules. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the specific differences in the rules of the official documents of the Party and Government organs.
