[Abstract]:From the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, which proposed "strengthening the construction of a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics and establishing and perfecting the decision-making consultation system," the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee emphasized "implementing the innovation project in philosophy and social sciences and building a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics." Then to the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council, "opinions on strengthening the Construction of a New Type of think Tank with Chinese characteristics" and the opening of the pilot meeting of the first batch of national high-end think tanks all reflect the importance that the Party and the state attach to the construction of the think tanks.
