【摘要】:正長久以來,組織生產(chǎn)率一直是組織心理學家與組織行為學家的關(guān)注焦點,而對于包括員工及組織整體的組織健康,則較少受到關(guān)注。20世紀20年代以來,隨著組織環(huán)境的急劇變遷,諸如全球化競爭、企業(yè)并購、業(yè)務(wù)外包等新趨勢,組織成員面臨著前所未有的壓力和挑戰(zhàn),其身心健康受到了嚴重威脅,工作滿意度降低,組織效率也有所下
[Abstract]:For a long time, organizational productivity has been the focus of organizational psychologists and organizational behaviorists, but less attention has been paid to organizational health, including employees and the organization as a whole. Since the 1920s, With the rapid changes in the organizational environment, such as global competition, mergers and acquisitions, business outsourcing and other new trends, organizational members are facing unprecedented pressure and challenges, their physical and mental health has been seriously threatened, job satisfaction is reduced. The efficiency of the organization is also lower.
