【摘要】：生態(tài)化管理的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者主體必須樹立馬克思主義人本生態(tài)觀并理直氣壯地以之指導(dǎo)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的實(shí)踐,具有以生態(tài)化的整體思維、發(fā)展視野、技術(shù)素養(yǎng)和協(xié)同能力等為核心內(nèi)容的生態(tài)素養(yǎng);能夠從人類生態(tài)系統(tǒng)整體的視閾和高度來(lái)審視和指導(dǎo)管理實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的開展,能正確認(rèn)識(shí)和把握自然演進(jìn)過(guò)程與人類社會(huì)發(fā)展的客觀規(guī)律、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的生態(tài)化趨勢(shì)及其生態(tài)關(guān)系,認(rèn)同并掌握尊重自然價(jià)值的先進(jìn)技術(shù)思想并能及時(shí)了解相關(guān)領(lǐng)域生態(tài)技術(shù)的研究與應(yīng)用狀況用于指導(dǎo)管理的實(shí)踐活動(dòng),能在生態(tài)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中對(duì)以人與自然關(guān)系為中心的各個(gè)層面的生態(tài)關(guān)系進(jìn)行有效的協(xié)同。
[Abstract]:The leading body of ecological management must set up Marxist humanism ecological view and guide the practice of ecological civilization construction with it, have the whole thinking of ecology and develop vision. Ecological literacy with technology literacy and cooperative ability as the core content; It can examine and guide the development of management practice from the perspective and height of the whole human ecosystem, can correctly understand and grasp the objective law of the natural evolution process and the development of human society, the ecological trend of industrial development and its ecological relationship. Recognizing and mastering advanced technological ideas that respect natural values and being able to understand in a timely manner the research and application of ecological technologies in related fields to guide the practical activities of management, It can effectively coordinate the ecological relationship between human beings and nature in ecological practice.
