【摘要】：在評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)踐中,評(píng)價(jià)者通常傾向采用一組指標(biāo)或指標(biāo)體系對(duì)DMUs展開相對(duì)全面的評(píng)價(jià),不同層次指標(biāo)的重要性也往往不同。然而,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DEA模型在DMUs有限條件下經(jīng)常會(huì)面臨無法直接處理過多的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),也無法直接處理多層次指標(biāo)的問題。本文從DEA模型中的序結(jié)構(gòu)和測(cè)度出發(fā),構(gòu)建了符合多層次指標(biāo)體系特點(diǎn),能相對(duì)全面地體現(xiàn)評(píng)價(jià)者價(jià)值導(dǎo)向,且具有合理區(qū)分能力的多層次結(jié)構(gòu)DEA模型,并以15個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)研究的投入-產(chǎn)出評(píng)價(jià)為例展開了應(yīng)用分析。
[Abstract]:In the practice of evaluation, the evaluators usually tend to use a set of indicators or index system to carry out a relatively comprehensive evaluation of DMUs, and the importance of indicators at different levels is often different. However, the standard DEA model is often faced with the problem of not dealing with too many evaluation indexes directly and multi-level indexes directly under the limited DMUs conditions. Based on the order structure and measure of DEA model, this paper constructs a multi-level structure DEA model, which accords with the characteristics of multi-level index system, can reflect the value orientation of evaluators relatively comprehensively, and has the ability to distinguish reasonably. The input-output evaluation of 15 institutions is taken as an example.
