管理哲學(xué)視域下的中西方人性觀(guān)比較

【摘要】:管理活動(dòng)中的諸多因素都是圍繞人而展開(kāi)的,如何界定人性是管理哲學(xué)中的核心問(wèn)題。對(duì)人性的不同看法,會(huì)產(chǎn)生不同的管理理論與管理方式,由于中西文化與社會(huì)背景的不同,導(dǎo)致中西關(guān)于人性觀(guān)的看法有很大的區(qū)別。中國(guó)的人性觀(guān)注重為君、為官、為民的內(nèi)心品性,是從人的先天屬性出發(fā)看待人性的,認(rèn)為人先天是善或是惡;西方的人性觀(guān)注重人性的理性維度,是從人的自然屬性出發(fā)看待人性的。每一種人性觀(guān)都是為某一種管理理論假設(shè)做理論前提,是管理理論形成的需要和基礎(chǔ)。中西方人性觀(guān)在產(chǎn)生時(shí)代、結(jié)構(gòu)特征、研究方法以及最終目的上都有著本質(zhì)區(qū)別,這也導(dǎo)致了在此基礎(chǔ)上形成的管理理論的差異。對(duì)中西方人性觀(guān)的比較研究,是進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)中西方管理理論的必要前提。
[Abstract]:Many factors in management activities are carried out around people. How to define human nature is the core problem in management philosophy. Different views on human nature will lead to different management theories and management methods. Due to the differences between Chinese and Western cultures and social backgrounds, there are great differences between Chinese and Western views on human nature. The view of human nature in China pays attention to the inner character of the monarch, the official and the people, and regards human nature from the innate attribute of human being, which holds that human nature is good or evil. The western view of human nature pays attention to the rational dimension of human nature and looks at human nature from human nature. Each view of human nature is a theoretical premise for a certain assumption of management theory, and is the need and foundation of the formation of management theory. There are essential differences between Chinese and Western views on human nature in the generation era, structural characteristics, research methods and ultimate purpose, which also lead to the differences of management theories formed on this basis. A comparative study of Chinese and Western views on human nature is a necessary prerequisite for further understanding of Chinese and western management theories.
