【摘要】：基于來自實(shí)地訪談回收的280份有效問卷,驗(yàn)證了組織公正感的分配公正、程序公正以及互動(dòng)公正的三維結(jié)構(gòu),并實(shí)證分析了這三個(gè)維度在人口特征變量上的差異。實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn):分配公正感在人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)變量除在本單位工作時(shí)間方面,其它的都不存在顯著性差異;程序公正感程序公正感在年齡方面不存在顯著差異,但在文化程度、職務(wù)以及在本單位工作時(shí)間方面均存在顯著性差異;互動(dòng)公正感在年齡、文化程度、職務(wù)及在本單位工作時(shí)間上均存在顯著性差異。
[Abstract]:Based on 280 valid questionnaires collected from field interviews, this paper verifies the three-dimensional structure of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactive justice in the sense of organizational justice, and empirically analyzes the differences of these three dimensions in population characteristic variables. The empirical study found that there was no significant difference in the sense of distributive justice in the demographic variables except in the working hours of the unit; There was no significant difference in the sense of procedural justice in terms of age, but there were significant differences in education level, position and working time in the unit. There were significant differences in the sense of mutual justice in age, education, position and working hours.
