【摘要】：以企業(yè)組織為載體從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)與管理學(xué)視角分析了生產(chǎn)力與生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的演變歷程。并認(rèn)為企業(yè)組織的發(fā)展過程實(shí)際上是生產(chǎn)力與生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的辯證統(tǒng)一過程,而經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)視角的企業(yè)組織更強(qiáng)調(diào)生產(chǎn)力功能,管理學(xué)視角的企業(yè)組織更強(qiáng)調(diào)生產(chǎn)關(guān)系功能,兩者的結(jié)合共同構(gòu)筑了企業(yè)組織的歷史演變。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the evolution of productivity and production relations from the perspective of economics and management. The author thinks that the development process of enterprise organization is actually a dialectical unity process between productive forces and production relations, while the enterprise organization from the perspective of economics emphasizes the function of productivity, and the enterprise organization from the perspective of management emphasizes the function of production relations. The combination of the two constructs the historical evolution of enterprise organization.
