高校獨立學院教學秘書職業(yè)倦怠及干預對策研究
[Abstract]:An independent college is an institution of higher learning funded by a social organization or individual outside a state institution, as applied by a public university. It is a new form of running a school in the process of popularization of higher education in our country, and it is an effective supplementary component of higher education in our country. Independent colleges do not receive state financial subsidies, all sources of funding depend on funded organizations or individuals, or charitable donations and tuition income. In such a background, more students, college prosperity; fewer students, the college died. The quality of teaching affects the number of students. Therefore, the quality of teaching affects the survival of independent colleges. The level of teaching management is an important factor directly affecting the quality of teaching. As the most basic executive of teaching management, teaching secretary plays an important role in teaching management. In the field of job burnout, most of them are teachers and secretaries. The teaching secretary has two kinds of professional characteristics of teacher and secretary, serving leadership, serving teachers, serving students, high intensity of work and unfair return. In the long run, it will inevitably lead to job burnout of teaching secretaries. The emergence of job burnout has a negative impact on the teaching secretary himself and the teaching management of independent colleges. By using the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation and case interview, this paper studies and analyzes the manifestation and causes of the burnout of teaching secretaries in independent colleges. According to the professional characteristics of teaching secretaries, this paper analyzes the characteristics of teaching secretaries from the individual. This paper probes into the intervention countermeasures of the burnout of teaching secretary in independent college from the aspects of school, social understanding and national policy. Chapter one: introduction. The purpose and significance of the research are expounded. This article adopts the research method and the research thought. From its own point of view, the paper points out the shortcomings of the research. Chapter two: the theory of job burnout of teaching secretary in independent college. The concepts of "independent college" and "teaching secretary" are clearly defined. Combing the theory of job burnout research, domestic and foreign research status and research results. Chapter three: the present situation of job burnout of teaching secretaries in three independent colleges. In the early part of this paper, 143 teaching secretaries in three independent colleges were investigated, 12 teaching secretaries were interviewed, and the relevant data were obtained, which were analyzed in the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low personal accomplishment. Get the degree of job burnout. Chapter four: analysis of the cause of burnout of teaching secretary in independent college. This paper analyzes the causes of the burnout of teaching secretary from three aspects: the characteristics of the profession, the individual factors and the organizational and institutional factors. Through the cause analysis, we can improve people's understanding of the problem, let the relevant managers pay attention to it, and provide the original basis for solving the problem at the same time. The fifth chapter: the intervention countermeasure of teaching secretary's job burnout in independent college. According to the causes of job burnout, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions through three levels. The teaching secretary should straighten himself out and adapt to the professional requirement actively, and the school should improve the humanistic care degree and make it have a sense of belonging. Strengthen the propaganda of independent college in the society, create brand effect, make the society have a deeper understanding of the teaching secretary profession, and get further understanding and support from the society.
