【摘要】：本文以UTD國際商學院排名研究項目中確定的24種管理學(商學)領域的頂級權威期刊為研究的范圍邊界,收集這些期刊2000年至2011年間14855篇文獻數(shù)據(jù)作為原始數(shù)據(jù)。采用文獻計量法,得到發(fā)文量在15篇以上的作者共110位及其發(fā)表的1907篇論文作為本文的研究對象;應用Ucinet軟件實現(xiàn)了高頻作者合著網(wǎng)絡的可視化;通過對合著網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點作者中心性分析發(fā)現(xiàn)整體網(wǎng)絡的集中程度較低,高頻作者之間合著現(xiàn)象較少,網(wǎng)絡較為松散,大部分作者資源控制和知識信息流通的能力較弱;同時基于社會網(wǎng)絡的K-核分析發(fā)現(xiàn),網(wǎng)絡中存在內部凝聚力較強關系緊密的合作團體,共劃分出11個合作團體。
[Abstract]:This paper uses 24 top leading journals in management (business) field as the research boundary, and collects 14855 articles of literature data from 2000 to 2011 as raw data. By using the method of literature metrology, the authors with more than 15 papers and 1907 papers published were obtained as the research object, and the visualization of the coauthor network was realized by using Ucinet software. By analyzing the centrality of coauthors in coauthors, it is found that the overall network is less concentrated, less co-authored among high-frequency authors, looser in network, and weaker in the control of most authors' resources and the flow of knowledge information. At the same time, the K-nuclear analysis based on social network found that there are 11 cooperative groups in the network, which are closely related to the internal cohesion.
