【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)代社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,體現(xiàn)一個(gè)國(guó)家及其企業(yè)軟實(shí)力的重要組成部分就是智庫(kù)的發(fā)展。目前中國(guó)正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期和全面深化改革的攻堅(jiān)期。在新形勢(shì)下,要建設(shè)優(yōu)秀的智庫(kù)系統(tǒng)就要注重法制建設(shè)、信息資源共享建設(shè)、高校智庫(kù)建設(shè)以及智庫(kù)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。隨著京津冀一體化協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的推進(jìn),河北省吸引了越來(lái)越多的大批優(yōu)秀人才的青睞。本研究著力于推動(dòng)河北省智庫(kù)建設(shè),服務(wù)于河北省省委、省政府的決策部門(mén),進(jìn)而為如何建設(shè)中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)提出相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of contemporary society, the development of think-tank is the important component of a country and its enterprise soft power. At present, China is in the period of economic transformation and comprehensive deepening of reform. In the new situation, to build an excellent think-tank system, we must pay attention to the construction of the legal system, the construction of information resource sharing, the construction of the university think tank and the construction of the talent team of the think-tank. With the development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Hebei Province attracts more and more talents. This study focuses on promoting the construction of Hebei think tank, serving the decision-making departments of Hebei Provincial Party Committee and provincial government, and then puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to build a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics.
