【摘要】：優(yōu)化組織資源對(duì)提高組織效益意義重大。文章界定了組織的有效、無(wú)效資源。通過(guò)構(gòu)建組織效益函數(shù),給出了組織效益彈性指標(biāo)的概念及計(jì)算公式,提出了判定組織有效、無(wú)效資源的原理。同時(shí)推出了優(yōu)化組織資源的彈性優(yōu)化定理。分析了資源彈性優(yōu)化的特點(diǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)資源彈性優(yōu)化的臨界點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了研究,并作了實(shí)證分析。
[Abstract]:The optimization of organizational resources is of great significance to the improvement of organizational efficiency. The article defines the effective and invalid resources of the organization. By constructing the organization benefit function, the concept and calculation formula of the elastic index of the organization benefit are given, and the principle of judging the effective and invalid resources of the organization is put forward. At the same time, the elastic optimization theorem for optimizing organizational resources is proposed. The characteristics of elastic optimization of resources are analyzed. On this basis, the critical point of resource elasticity optimization is studied, and an empirical analysis is made.
