自發(fā)性對稱破缺下的“反管理”研究

【摘要】:針對管理研究的自發(fā)性對稱破缺現(xiàn)象,首次將自發(fā)性對稱破缺機制引入管理研究中,并通過對西方管理研究破缺現(xiàn)象的認知,以及對東西方管理詞源含義的比較,對"反哲學"和企業(yè)管理實踐進行思考,凝練"反管理"的基本構念和內在機理。然后,基于此,利用式盤對"反管理"進行系統(tǒng)設計并建構了"反管理式盤"研究工具。研究結果表明,反管理式盤由內向外的"層展"體現(xiàn)了整體生成論的科學邏輯,其獨立的"式層"體現(xiàn)了原子還原論的科學邏輯,揭示了管理研究"我(東方)和你(西方)統(tǒng)一"的趨勢,是一種涵蓋東西方管理模式的新管理范式。
[Abstract]:In view of the spontaneous symmetry breaking phenomenon in the management research, the spontaneous symmetry breaking mechanism is introduced into the management research for the first time, and through the cognition of the western management research breaking phenomenon, as well as the comparison of the eastern and the western management etymological meanings. This paper thinks about "anti-philosophy" and enterprise management practice, and condenses the basic structure and internal mechanism of "anti-management". Then, based on this, the paper designs and constructs the research tool of counter-management disk. The results show that the "layering" of anti-management disk from inside to out embodies the scientific logic of the theory of global generation, and its independent "layer" embodies the scientific logic of atomic reductionism. This paper reveals the trend of the unity of me (East) and you (West) in management research, which is a new management paradigm covering the management patterns of East and West.
