【摘要】：現(xiàn)代世界的一個(gè)顯著特征,就是它的各類組織不再限于傳統(tǒng)社會里人類生產(chǎn)生活中的自然結(jié)合,而越來越成為人類有意識的創(chuàng)造。從現(xiàn)代組織的視角去看,當(dāng)下中國社會恰呈現(xiàn)組織發(fā)展期的特征。化解內(nèi)外時(shí)空條件下的"發(fā)展期并發(fā)癥"和"外部競爭并發(fā)癥",需要辨證施治,發(fā)揚(yáng)時(shí)中之道。
[Abstract]:A remarkable feature of the modern world is that its various organizations are no longer confined to the natural union of human production and life in the traditional society, but are becoming more and more conscious creation of human beings. From the perspective of modern organization, the present Chinese society presents the characteristics of organizational development. In order to resolve the developmental complications and the external competition complications under the condition of internal and external space and time, it is necessary to treat them with differentiation of symptoms and signs and carry forward the way of time and medium.
