服務(wù)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對組織公民行為的影響研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, service-oriented leadership as a new development of leadership theory has attracted the attention of many scholars. Compared with the previous leadership theory, the transformation of service-oriented leadership from "leading first" to "service first" is of great significance to the behavior of employees and the development of organizations. Foreign research on service-oriented leadership has made more achievements, but domestic research has just started. This paper empirically studies the influence of service-oriented leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and considers the possible intermediary role of organizational trust to provide a new perspective for further study of service-oriented leadership. On the basis of fully reading the relevant literature, this paper introduces the relevant theories of service-oriented leadership in detail, including the theoretical basis, dimensional structure and measurement methods, influencing factors and consequence variables, etc. The influence of service leadership on organizational citizenship behavior is analyzed in detail. At the same time, we consider the intermediary role of organizational trust in the path of service leadership influencing organizational citizenship behavior. In view of the research needs and the shortcomings of previous studies, this paper redefines the dimension of organizational trust on the basis of existing theories, and develops an index system to measure organizational trust. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper uses the convenient sampling method, the questionnaire method, the SPSS and AMOS analysis software, the reliability analysis, the descriptive statistics, the correlation analysis, the regression analysis and the path analysis in the data statistical process. The main conclusions are as follows: the service-oriented leadership has a significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior, and at the same time, the second level of service-oriented leadership service employee behavior, The behavior of leadership moral responsibility and the ability of leader to conceive vision have significant positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational trust plays a complete intermediary role in the influence of service-oriented leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. In view of the conclusions of the study, the author puts forward some suggestions for enterprise management: to incorporate service consciousness into the criteria of leader recruitment and selection; to focus on developing and cultivating service-oriented leadership within the organization; and to improve the organizational trust of employees through various ways. This leads to more organizational citizenship.
