【摘要】：公文"少而精"是數(shù)量與質(zhì)量的辯證統(tǒng)一,也是精簡公文的目標(biāo)。要解決公文數(shù)量過多而質(zhì)量下滑的問題,應(yīng)當(dāng)控總數(shù),把準(zhǔn)"確有必要",杜絕升級(jí)發(fā)文、壓縮事務(wù)文書;減份數(shù),確定主送機(jī)關(guān)、限制抄送機(jī)關(guān)、改進(jìn)傳輸方式;限字?jǐn)?shù),堅(jiān)持"一文一事",做到表達(dá)簡括、力求語言精練。
[Abstract]:Document "little but fine" is the dialectical unity of quantity and quality, and also the goal of streamlining official document. In order to solve the problem of excessive quantity and declining quality of official documents, we should control the total number of documents, make sure that it is "really necessary", put an end to upgrading and issue documents, and compress the business documents; reduce the number of copies, determine the main transmission authorities, limit the copying agencies, and improve the transmission mode; limit the number of words, Adhere to the "one article a matter", so that the expression of simplicity, strive for language refinement.
