基于Fuzzy-DEMATEL法的眾包模式下用戶參與行為影響因素分析

【摘要】:眾包作為一種新的開放式創(chuàng)新模式,正日益受到人們的關(guān)注。為了探討用戶參與行為影響因素之間的作用關(guān)系以及關(guān)鍵因素,本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究法,總結(jié)歸納了發(fā)包方、眾包平臺、接包方三個維度下影響用戶參與眾包的14種因素,并在專家打分的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用了模糊集理論和決策實(shí)驗(yàn)室分析法揭示了各影響因素之間的綜合影響程度,以及影響因素的中心度和原因度。分析發(fā)現(xiàn)賞金數(shù)額、任務(wù)難易程度以及項(xiàng)目規(guī)模是影響用戶參與眾包的主要因素,最后根據(jù)分析結(jié)果提出了促進(jìn)用戶參與眾包的建議。
[Abstract]:As a new open innovation mode, crowdsourcing is getting more and more attention. In order to explore the influence factors of user participation behavior and the key factors, this paper summarizes 14 factors that affect user participation in crowdsourcing under three dimensions, namely, the supplier, the crowdsourcing platform and the contractor, through literature research. On the basis of expert scoring, fuzzy set theory and decision laboratory analysis are used to reveal the comprehensive influence degree, the centrality and cause degree of the influencing factors. It is found that the amount of reward, task difficulty and project size are the main factors influencing user participation in crowdsourcing. Finally, according to the analysis results, some suggestions to promote user participation in crowdsourcing are put forward.
